Amazing!
Prednosti: We loved everything about Villa Nikola! Amazing view, good facilities, nice surroundings, close to everything but still not in the middle of the city which was amazing!

Apartment no. 5
Prednosti: Very nice, clean and quiet place, only six apartments in total, in my opinion the best choice are apparments on 1st floor with big terrace. A pool is great advantage. Few minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. Great contact with the host of the place.
Nedostaci: No dishwasher, no microwave oven, no coffee maschine - having these would be very useful. Not really close distance to the sea but from the other hand not extremally far away - for some can be disadvantage...

Prednosti: Spacios, clean, barbeque and pool, everything you need.
Nedostaci: The neighbor, at 21hours he asked to turn the music off, we had a jbl xtreme, so the music was not to loud.

Prednosti: Superb property with amazing views. Having the pool was a real bonus and it was spotless, and there is loads of comfortable furniture. A really great place to stay. It’s about 10/15 minute walk up a very steep hill which we realised before booking, but it is really worth it for the views. Highly recommend!

Great location, central, clean with everything you need for a short stay
Prednosti: Great location, only a 10-15 minute walk down to the Bol promenade, but away from the noise so felt secluded. Good parking onsite, lovely pool with enough sun loungers to accommodate all 6 apartments
Nedostaci: The apartment is a decent size, but isn't big enough to spend all day inside. This was only an issue on rainy days with young children, but otherwise we were out all day, so it was big enough if you are simply using it as a base

Prednosti: Miła Pani gospodarz Sara. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Sarą przez WhatsApp. Co kilka dni czyste ręczniki i wymiana pościeli. Basen trochę mały na pływanie ale w sam raz dla dzieci do zabawy. Przepiękny widok na morze oraz wyspę Hvar. Sama miejscowość Bol bardzo fajna i kameralna. Dużo restauracji. Mnóstwo wycieczek statkami z portu. Prom na wyspę Hvar
Nedostaci: Apartament położony dość wysoko. Spacer do miast w dół OK ale powrót pod górę 1,1 km to 30 minut wspinaczki :) Do głównej plaży Zlatni Rat trzeba podjechać autem - parking 20 EUR !!!!!! Ze względu na odległość do pozostałych plaż również trzeba autem podjechać. Leżaki i parasole w kosmicznej cenie !!! Dwa leżaki + parasol 40 EUR

Dejlige lejligheder med smuk udsigt. Men der manglede møblerede udendørs områder.
Prednosti: Der var god kommunikation med værten, som svarede hurtigt på de spørgsmål vi stillede. Alt kommunikation forløb godt og nemt.
Nedostaci: Vi boede i Sea view lejlighederne. Altanerne havde 2 store fuglerede-stole og 1 lille bord. Det er for lidt når lejligheden er til 4/5 personer. Det ville være rart med 2 cafe-borde og flere stole, så man kunne opholde sig udendørs. Ved pool området ville det også have være rart med nogle flere cafe-borde. Når man bor i øverste etage mangler der steder man kunne sidde udendørs.

Gute Option (mit einigen Abstrichen)
Prednosti: Saubere Unterkunft, gute Umgebung mit Pool, nette Gastgeberin, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Wir hatten zwar ein Auto, fanden aber, dass der Besuch des Dorfs auch zu Fuss gut möglich ist (10-15‘).
Nedostaci: Die Küche hätte zu diesem Preis gerne etwas grosszügiger augestattet sein dürfen (Waschmaschine, Gewürze, Kaffee, Kochutensilien etc.). Zudem gibt es auf der obersten Etage leider nur eine kleine Terrasse (keine Mahlzeiten möglich).

Som helhet ganska fantastiskt
Prednosti: Utsikten är fantastisk från vår lägenhet som var på våning 3. Bil parkering direkt vid boendet.
Nedostaci: Det låg ganska högt upp i staden så man får kämpa en del om man skulle gå upp från hamnen. Vi fick ta bilen till stranden. Det tyckte vi var för långt att gå. Kostade att parkera.

Very good apartment with some minor points to reach \
Prednosti: + Nice clean apartment + Sara is very helpful and replies quickly + Apartment is spacious + view is nice (not amazing) + beds were great + the pool is nice and clean.
Nedostaci: I want to give a constructive feedback. - for this price, I would expect some basic cooking material already included (tee/coffee, salt/pepper etc). - someone had already gave the feedback that bath-cabin door doesn't close properly. And still it is not repaired yet. I found that the door was a bit dangerous when we stayed there and could come off anytime. This needs a fix urgently.
