Prednosti: The apartment is lovely and has a stunning view of the sea. There’s plenty of space to relax, and we truly appreciated the daily cleaning and the fresh towels – that was a really nice touch. The beach is nearby, but the path down (and back up) is quite steep, just as mentioned in previous reviews. It can be a bit challenging after a day in the sun, but we knew about it in advance and were ready. There is parking available right by the apartment, which was definitely a big plus. There’s also a private parking lot near the beach available for €25 per day, but we didn’t use it, as we found it a bit too expensive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful surroundings.
Nedostaci: Just a small note for future guests: the kitchen is very compact and doesn’t include any basic cooking essentials like salt, oil, sugar, or coffee – so if you plan to cook, be prepared to bring or buy everything yourself. It would have been great to have at least a few basics available.

Prednosti: A very pleasant woman greeted us, explained everything, and helped us get oriented with the area. Cleaning was done daily, and all towels were also replaced every day. The apartment is very comfortable and well thought-out, with 2 balconies, a spacious living room, and bedroom. The views from the terrace were incredible, and we spent all our evenings there. One morning, we even saw dolphins! It takes about 7 minutes to walk down to the beaches, and it's very close to the center of Brela, with about a 12-minute walk to Punta Rata Beach. There are Studenac and Konzum stores nearby. A nice bonus was a gift from the host – a bottle of delicious local wine.

Enjoyable and very pleasant stay.
Prednosti: Very clean property with a great view from the balcony. Equipped with all you need for holiday stay. The host, Dijana, was always there to help.
Nedostaci: It is hard to find something to dislike.

Cudowne miejsce na odpoczynek
Prednosti: Cudowne miejsce! Apartament położony blisko przepięknej plaży – lepszej lokalizacji nie można sobie wymarzyć. Wszystko zgodne z opisem, czysto, komfortowo i z pięknym widokiem. Idealne miejsce na relaks i wypoczynek. Ogromnym atutem jest także przemiła Pani Daiana – pomocna, serdeczna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę ponownie! 🌅🌊💛

Prednosti: Obrovský apartmán, dvě koupelny s WC, balkón s úžasným výhledem (k moři cca 5 minut po schodech- pro někoho může být nepohodlné, že musí šlapat do kopce, ale za nás super trénink, když si člověk chce každý den dopřát zmrzlinu 😁), určitě ráda doporučuji. Každý den čisté ručníky a vynesené odpadky, velmi akční paní uklízečka 😉

Es ist eine tolle saubere, neue Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick.
Prednosti: Die Lage ist phantastisch! Über dem Meer. In 6 Minuten am Strand, der wunderschön ist. Der Service ist super.
Nedostaci: Wir fanden die Betten sehr hart. Aber das ist Ansichtssache. Es war sonst alles prima. Es gibt keine Spülmachine. So war es auch in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Aber ist ja gut, wenn man sich darauf einstellen kann.

Prednosti: Erittäin siisti ja hyväkuntoinen huoneisto. Hyvä sijainti. Kaunis näkymä parvekkeelta. Ravintoloita ja uimarannat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Suosittelen. Housekeeper Dijana oli super ystävällinen. Koko perheemme haluaa palata tänne uudestaan :)
