Great hospitality.
Prednosti: Very good location, long beach line, safe access to water without rocks, close to Omiš town. The apartment has everything. Thanks to Davor for great hospitality and delicious breakfasts. Food is excellent! Great place for your vacation! Highly recommend.

Prednosti: Davor is a great host and made us very welcome at all times,, there is a warm, family run feel. Breakfast is fantastic with a full range of fresh and freshly cooked items. Calm ocation on outskirts of Omiis lrss thna 100m from the beach. Would definitely come again.
Nedostaci: Only a minor point there was no sitting room in the apartment we had but a large kitchen diner space.

Comfort, location and view!
Prednosti: Very, very nice apartment! Even better than look in photos. Spacious, clean, comfortable, all necessary facilities, individual air conditioning in living room and both bedrooms. Super comfortable, good quality beds! Balcony with nice view. 50 m from sandy beaches, 200 m from small supermarket, walking distance (2 km) from Omiš. Definitely will come back here again.

Prednosti: Very nice, modern and clean apartment, with a very well-equipped kitchen. Great location with sea view. And a great restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff.

Prednosti: location is perfect because it’s only around 50 meters from beach. the views from the balcony is perfect. the apartment was very clean and it had well-equipped kitchen. the owner is really nice and helpful. perfect! the restaurant below has the best food😊

one of the most comfirtable places in croatia
Prednosti: Fantastic location about 60m to the sea, near the road but windows are properly soundproof, ok restaurant ‚Croatia’ in the building, friendly host, great parking, superb and exceptionally comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen, every room has airconitioning, big bathroom, spacious rooms, big kitchen and dining area, nice big balcony, comfortable sofa, satelite tv, big fridge, a lot of empty cabinets to put all the things.
Nedostaci: Faulty and very slow wifi hardly working only in the living room, it’s third floor without an elevator.

Prednosti: Pewnie 🙂 Świetne apartamenty w bardzo dobrej cenie, praktycznie tuż przy morzu — zejście na plażę zajmuje dosłownie chwilę. Pokoje są czyste, nowoczesne i utrzymane w wysokim standardzie. Dużym plusem jest obszerny parking oraz bardzo dobre Wi-Fi, co nie zawsze jest oczywiste podczas wyjazdów. Na miejscu można skorzystać z pysznych śniadań i obiadów, które zdecydowanie warto spróbować. Ogromne podziękowania dla gospodarza Davora i całej rodziny — widać, że tworzą to miejsce z pasją i sercem. Zawsze pomocni, chętnie podpowiedzą ciekawe miejsca w okolicy i zaproponują atrakcje. Z całego serca polecamy ten obiekt. Mamy nadzieję, że jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócimy — a jeśli nie na dłużej, to przynajmniej na kawę i miłe odwiedziny 🙂

Prednosti: Top Lage! Nur über die Straße gehen, dann ist man am Strand. Über die neue Promenade am Strand kann man gut zu Fuß nach Omis laufen. Konsum und die Bäckerei sowie Restaurants direkt in der nähe. Das Apartment gut ausgestattetmit allem was man braucht. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine auch dabei. Hat einen großen Parkplatz. Der Vermieter super freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Prednosti: Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Der Gastgeber hat auch immer etwas Abwechslung rein gebracht. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst. Abends hat man vom Balkon aus einen schönen Blick auf's Meer.
Nedostaci: Die Ausstattung könnte besser sein. Es fehlt an dem ein oder anderen in der Küche. Die Schränke sind teilweise klapprig. Nur 2 Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage (Ein Schlafzimmer nicht). Aber alles für diesen Preis in Ordnung. Die Straße ist viel befahren. Kein großes Problem, man muss sich nur darauf gefasst machen.
