Izvrstan apartman i jako dragi vlasnici

Prednosti: Apartman je izvrstan i ima sve što je potrebno, čak i više od toga. Posebno mi je drago što ima privatni parking te mogućnost korištenja perilice rublja (osobito ako se dolazi na sportska događanja). Apartman je na mirnoj i tihoj lokaciji, a opet dosta blizu centra i plaža. Vlasnici apartmana su jako dragi, uslužni i uvijek spremni pomoći. Sve pohvale i vidimo se ponovno!

Prednosti: Apartman je bio besprijekorno čist, moderno uređen i potpuno opremljen. Lokacija je mirna, a do centra i plaže Pokonji Dol stiže se za nekoliko minuta šetnje. Domaćini su bili izuzetno ljubazni i uslužni – od trenutka dolaska do odlaska osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Topla preporuka svima koji traže udoban i ugodan smještaj u Hvaru!”

Highly recommend Pera apartments- we’ll be back!

Prednosti: The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped — it truly feels like home. Everything you might need is provided, from slippers, shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes to a full set of cooking spices, bottled water, coffee, and even some sweets. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center, with a grocery store nearby. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. We stayed during the Spartan Race and are especially grateful for their helpfulness on our departure day. Highly recommended!

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment.

Prednosti: We were met at the ferry terminal by the owner Josipa and taken to the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable in a quiet area. The bed was firm and comfortable. There is a supermarket near by and the old town centre is approx 15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Wonderful

Prednosti: We stayed in the 2-bed apartment for 3 nights. It was lovely having space to spread out. Apartment is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, plus lovely extras like beach towels. It’s a 15-min walk from the harbour and in a peaceful neighbourhood. Josipa couldn’t have been more helpful with tips and recommendations, and dropped us at the bus station when we left. We had a lovely stay - thank you!

Nedostaci: Nothing.

We all loved Hvar and the Pera apartments. A fantastic 4 night stay.

Prednosti: Nice jacuzzi. Good layout and facilities. Modern and clean. Everything we needed. Awesome pick up and drop off to ferries. Josipa was a great, friendly host with a lot of excellent local knowledge.

Nedostaci: Nothing - maybe the steps up from the town centre, but that’s part of the charm.

Exceptional Property

Prednosti: Josipa’s communication was excellent before/during our stay. She was extremely helpful and gave us so much useful information about the local area. The property itself was modern, clean and well equipped. We will definitely rebook if we are back in Hvar.
