Prednosti: The photos do no do this property justice! In the photos the property looks rundown and dark but it was actually a bright studio apartment with character. The location was ideal for three friends in their late 20's. It was a 2 minute walk to the marina and main square. At night when we were getting ready to go out, we loved listening to the hustle and bustle of the restaurant and tourists wandering the streets below. Our host was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, it was perfect for what we needed during our stay in Hvar.

Nedostaci: There was nothing we didn't like about the property. It was a little tricky to find as the entrance is on a side street. I could see the sign for Apt 13 but not Apt 15 so I just asked in a nearby shop and they directed me straight there. There are a few steps up to access the front door and another few steps to access the apartment. Wasn't an issue for us but just something to note if you have heavy cases. There is a late bar next door to the apartment where the music plays quite loudly until 12/12:30am, this along with the noise on the streets can be quite loud and make it difficult to sleep if you wanted an early night. Again, this was not an issue for us, but something to note if you want a quiet place to stay.

Excellent location through the old timeless alleyways

Perfect host and flat

Prednosti: The location is so perfect as tourists. It is near bars, ports and shops. Denis is so welcoming and friendly. He gave us a lot of tips to spend our holidays on. I recommend him. Thanks for having us.

Prednosti: A localização é ótima, tudo muito limpinho, nos receberam super bem, foram super atenciosos e quando viram que fomos cozinhar no apartamento compraram uma frigideira novinha para usarmos. foram uns queridos. A hospedagem é bem melhor que nas fotos aqui do booking, por isso tirei umas fotinhos também :)

Nedostaci: realmente tem bastante barulho como vi nos outros comentários, mas acredito que não tenha como evitar isso no centro de hvar, a localização é excelente. Para mim foi tudo muito bom, principalmente pelo custo benefício. O colchão era bem mole, eu prefiro um pouco mais durinho, mas isso é algo pessoal. foi tudo incrível.
