Prednosti: A well equipped, clean, modern apartment in the building occupied by guests only, immaculately and very professionally family run. 10min walk to the town and shops, 5min walk to the nearest beach. Photos are true to the apartment. Easy check in, check out. Easy communication by WhatsApp and quick response from the owner about any requests (change of towels, new toiletries, even coffee pods). No washing machine, but clothes facilities provided in the basement. The owner even provided umbrellas on a rainy day for all the guests in the hallway.

Exceptional, Clean & comfortable stay, would highly recommend .
Prednosti: It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and spacious. The host was very helpful.
Nedostaci: The table on the balcony unfortunately wasn’t ideal to eat from, would have benefitted with a different table and an umbrella would have been useful.

It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Easy to find, easy access to the main port area. I would recommend for sure.
Prednosti: The location is excellent, the apartment and entrance all very modern, comfortable and well equipped
Nedostaci: The parking outside! In a hire car which I wasn’t used to, I got into a mess reversing up the hill as I didn’t realize it was a dead end. More explanation on that in advance would have helped. However, on departure and once I was used to the car, it was fine so probably more about me than the parking!! The owner did say someone could do it for me if I struggled ☺️

Prednosti: We absolutely loved the apartment and Damir was such a great host! The location of the apartment was great - just a 10 min walk to the center where everything is happening and you can take taxi boats from there to different islands! Just one note is that you will need to take multiple stairs to get to the apartment, but would definitely recommend!!

Peaceful and well-maintained, a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway
Prednosti: I stayed at Marisa Apartments on Hvar with a friend for five nights, and we were thoroughly impressed. The instructions to find the apartment and the key handover were smooth and easy. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and offered an incredible view of Castle Fortica. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the sunbeds in the garden. Overall, an exceptional experience – highly recommended! Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable :)

Prednosti: - Everything is well equipped (kitchen utensils, dryer etc) - Modern apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) - lots of space - quiet neighbourhood - very clean - super friendly staff that allowed us to store our luggage after check out
Nedostaci: Nothing to complain about. While there is an uphill to the property, the walk is beautiful and you get a very nice view of Hvar. Definitely worth it

Excellent place to stay
Prednosti: Excellent place to stay, lovely apartment block super clean and new, good communication with the host.
Nedostaci: We found it difficult to locate the property at first with a big case and quite a few steps, but then you get to know the short cuts into town it's fine.

Fabulous stay, would definitely come back again
Prednosti: The apartment was fab, so spacious and the bathroom was wow! The location is perfect, just less than 10 mins walk into the centre of hvar. It was lovely to have a balcony to chill in the sun
