Very cosy mezzanine apartment in the quiet part of the Hvar town. Ideal for families.
Prednosti: Mezzanine apartment, living room with a kitchen corner and a bathroom downstairs, two sleeping rooms and another bathroom upstairs. Access to a sunny terrace, with chairs and dinning table. We found everything needed in the apartment, the owners were very helpful. When the bulb in the bathroom burned, they exchanged it immediately. Towels included (not really usual in the private-owned apartments) and even changed within a one-week stay. Clean and very cosy. Parking in front of the house. Small pebble beach within about 2 minutes walking, a lot of almost private rocky beaches close by, very famous and nice Pokonji Dol beach about 20 minutes of walking. The house is located on Križni rat, which is a quiet part of Hvar town. About 10 minutes walking to the harbour and town centre. Two supermarts within 5 minutes walking.
Nedostaci: No complaint to the apartment owners. Just count on fact that Hvar town is more expensive than the usual Croatia (even compared to other side of the island) in terms of food, restaurants, services... All this went through the roof in recent years (speaking from the point of the person who has been visiting Hvar for business since 2004). Street food kebab for 12 Euro (14 in the evening), slice of pizza for 5 Euro, whole pizza margarita for at least 15 Euro. Difficult to find proper food in a restaurant below 20 Euros. The apartment price was acceptable for us, though. Otherwise, 4-people apartments are much more expensive and I do not think the increased costs give you something extra.

Choose the room with a sea view. Perfect 👍🏼
Prednosti: I’ve been there other times and I didn’t like it because they give me the wrong room. But this time I confess that I was impressed. The apartment with sea view is fantastic. Huge, comfortable bed, has everything you need. I felt more than at home. I was in love with waking up every day with that wonderful view. I would live there quietly. Now I have my favorite place to stay in Hvar. The picture she have on booking is old and the Apartament is very new and renovated.
Nedostaci: The WiFi doesn’t work very good .

Prednosti: Prima appartement. Ligt wat verder van centrum, maar is op 10 minuten lopen goed bereikbaar.
Nedostaci: Koffiezetapparaat in de keuken zou wel fijn zijn.

Prednosti: La struttura è in una posizione strategica, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e vicinissina al supermercato, dalla finestra è possibile ammirare il piccolo porto ed è uno spettacolo bellissimo al tramonto.

Perfekte Lage
Prednosti: Ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Urlaub direkt am Meer! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was sehr praktisch ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der private Parkplatz, der einem viel Stress erspart. Ein Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle befinden sich direkt vor der Haustüre. Bei der Ankunft erhält man umfassende Informationen über den Ort und die Umgebung. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
Nedostaci: Die Unterkunft hat viele positive Aspekte, jedoch ist das Badezimmer leider etwas veraltet. Es könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, um den Standard des restlichen Hauses zu erreichen. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
