Perfect location and lovely host.

Prednosti: Amazing location and very helpful and friendly host. The apartment is simple but everything is very convenient and clean with a nice balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nedostaci: If I have to write something negative, it’s that the beds are a bit hard for those who are sensitive. The kitchen also have limited utilities.

Spacious apartment in the center

Prednosti: Spacious apartment, perfectly equipped, you have everything what you need - iron, dryer, big mirror, even baking paper, spices, olive oil and many others. Very nice and helpful host, we could always count on him!!! Thank you for everything ❤️

Amazing apartment will definitely rebook!!

Prednosti: Lovely and spacious and clean! Had everything that we needed! Sime had thought of everything! There were sandwich bags, Tin foil, etc cooking ingredients! The owner was lovely and kind and gave us advice/ recommendations on arrival! Would definitely re book next year! Thank you!

Prednosti: The apartment is situated in the main square of the city. Very well located, next to the port, main beaches and bars/restaurants. It is clean, spacious enough for 2-3 persons, the kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary facilities and supplies. There is a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Also, Sime was very nice and polite with us. He suggested us a lot of activities to do and places to visit in Hvar. Fully recommended 😊

Séjour parfait et hôte serviable

Prednosti: L’appart est situé sur la place principale du centre historique de hvar et en fait un emplacement de choix proches des diverses comodites nécessaires : port ferry, restos, arrêts des bus, taxis bora, supérettes, marché, cafés, resto et pubs et divers commerces et des plages. L appart était spacieux, propre et il est composé d une chambre à coucher, d un séjour canapé pour 2 personnes, bon wifi, sdb spacieuse avec une bonne douche, espace repas et kitchenette équipée. L hôte Sime a été serviable, s l écoute et était là pour tte info nécessaire et a donné des conseils pour bien profiter du séjour et mis à dispo un mini guide. Sinon tout est parfait et même SIME a mis à dispo une bouteille d eau à l arrivée. et j y reviendrai 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Nedostaci: Certains aspects seraient bien à revoir : Prévoir le changement des 2 lits amortis de la chambre à coucher par 1 Grd lit confortable, Insonoriser les 2 fenêtres car bcp de bruits du aux cloches, restos et passants qui perturbent le sommeil, Solutionner le pb des odeurs venant du resto du bas et remontant au balcon, Pb de l insalubrité des escaliers dû aux litières des chats qui rendent désagréable les escaliers, Étudier la possibilité de mettre un vrai bon fer à repasser, Refaire une touche de peinture

Nedostaci: Attention si vous avez des enfants la rue est bruyante (nous avons mis des boules quies) les chambres donnent directement sur un restaurant lieu de squat pour les plus jeunes vers 4h du matin … Escalier insalubre litière de chat / os de poulet mais qui ne perturbe pas le charme de l’appartement !
