Old town apartment Mare

Prednosti: Apartman je bio čist, uredan, imao je sve što treba za kraći boravak. Pozicija centar a opet van buke sto je idealno. Domacica draga, spremna na poziv u slucaju potrebe.

Prednosti: Very clean, stylish apartment with a super kind host and top-top-top location - main square, shops, caffees and the ferry station: all only 3-4 minutes walking distance. And that tiny street level terrace with a view of the fortress on the hill... amazing!

Nedostaci: We were here in mid October and the flat was quite cold so we had to use the AC permanently. It's not the most efficient way of heating and also a bit noisy. But in the summer time the fact that the building keeps the cold inside in such a stubborn way.. must be a magic!

Loved the experience and a very friendly Island.

Prednosti: We loved the location as it was in the center of the old town and we felt like we were part of the local culture. We loved exploring by scooter.

Nedostaci: We have no real complaints however we found the Wifi reception week and found the island overall a bit more expensive than Split and Dubrovnik.

Prednosti: The location of the apartment was fantastic… 5 mins to the port… 5 to the supermarket… 5 to the town… 5 to the bus station. There was no noise at all, apart from the town bells… very useful actually! It was mega clean! Loved the little veranda and flexibility to cook or eat food if needed. Loved that I was met off my ferry and taken to the apartment. View of the castle was lovely! It’s lovely at night as all lit up.

Nedostaci: Only minor things… could have done with another bin bag for rubbish. A pre-warning of potential mosquitoes would have been helpful. They were everywhere not anything to do with the apartment.

Prednosti: Beautiful little one bedroom with a kitchenette. Perfect location in the middle of old town. Loved our stay.

Prednosti: Perfect location with all the amenities that we needed. We absolutely loved the little seating area, with incredible views of the fortress. The host was wonderful and met us in the square to show us to the apartment - pointing out key locations and facilities. She even went to the trouble of delivering us beach towels mid-stay. If we revisit Hvar, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nedostaci: Nothing! Don’t be out off by the comments about the stairs - it’s a small price to pay for the scenic views and you’ll be expected to walk up stairs for any stay near the harbour in Hvar.

Prednosti: The bed was huge and so comfortable, the whole apartment was very clean and is so central in the Old Town.

Prednosti: Lovely property in a great location and would definitely recommend.

Nedostaci: The only minor thing was the AC unit was a little on the noisy side, but other than that everything else was perfect

Prednosti: We met Nazarjana at the church after arriving & she took us to the apartment. Be warned if u stay here there are LOTS of stairs when lugging suitcases but the apartment is worth it! It’s lovey just like the photos & very comfortable. it has a great private outdoor area which we used every night. The apartment is in a great spot very handy to everything. This was probably our most favorite apartment in all of croatia
