We offer: Two one-bedroom apartments with stunning sea-view terraces, access to a garden terrace, and private entrances. One double room with a spacious private terrace and a beautiful sea view, also with a private entrance. A brand-new two-bedroom apartment with a private entrance, fully renovated in a cozy style—ideal for families, two couples, or friends. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (one with a washing machine), and all rooms have access to a large private terrace with breathtaking sea views—especially beautiful at sunset. The highlight of this apartment is the modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, and all essential amenities, along with a spacious dining and living area, also with access to the terrace. All units include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free private parking for our guests. Restaurants, bars, and car or boat rental services are all within 200 metres of the guesthouse. Each unit features a spacious terrace with unforgettable views of the sea and the setting sun—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Hvar.

Prednosti: Nikolah was a wonderful host. We were allowed an early checkin and also a later checkout. The Villa is in good spot . Easy 10minute walk to the main town but also quiet area. Mini market very close by and easy walk to various swimming spots. Instructions to get to the Villa were very detailed and easy to follow. Highly recommend a stay here, even though no cooking facilities you have a large front balcony and the room is very sufficient for a couple.

Prednosti: The location is great. Not in the crowd of the center but really close to all attractions shops restaurants and beaches around. The facility was super clean the host was so nice and helpful whenever we need he was around.

Prednosti: Wonderful apartments on an incredible island! The location is just perfect — close to the city centre, the port and beautiful beaches. Everything is very comfortable, cosy and homely, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are two supermarkets nearby, so buying groceries or anything else you need is no problem. Special thanks to the host — he is extremely attentive, friendly and sincerely caring. He gave us detailed advice on what to see, where to go and which islands to visit. His advice made our trip even more interesting and eventful. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday on Hvar.

Prednosti: So easy to communicate with Nikola, easy to find and what a comfortable apartment, so quiet and all you need , so close by , shop, beach , center of Hvar. Ferry port , could not ask for anymore ! Delighted we choose to stay here ! Cheers Eddie & Maria

Would highly recommend!

Prednosti: Lovely well-equipped apartment with a spacious terrace. The sunsets on the terrace were spectacular! Very clean with good air-con. The apartment is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle, and is only a 10min walk from the centre. The host was very welcoming and informative. My partner and I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent and kind hosts in a very convenient area. Quiet good rooftop view if you are lucky enough

Prednosti: I had the whole balcony to myself with a rocking chair and really nice view of the sunset. It was shoulder season so I had 2 units worth to myself. The hosts were courteous, responsive, and extremely attentive. Gave me a very personalized guide to the island Free Parking Nearby grocery store in case you need to save a bit of money. Within walking distance of a number of excellent beaches and old town.

Nedostaci: It was stormy at that time so the doors rattled a bit, but that is a rare circumstance.
