We enjoyed it!

Prednosti: Great location, comfy apartment with a large private balcony. AC, a good shower, fridge and basic kitchen. Clean, an attentive host, (thank you) Robert. Everything we needed and wanted! We were very content with the apartment let’s say that first. We do have tiny remarks. AC in the bedroom wasn’t the most silent one but we’ve kept the door open to make use of the AC in the living room instead during the night. The blinds in the bedroom didn’t shut completely so it wasn’t completely dark, it didn’t bother us too much though. The living room could be more cozy with a side table and a (fake small) plant but it had all we needed. For location, cleanliness, facilities, the view, communication and kindness of our host, a 10!

Prednosti: Close to the beach. Very clean, and the apartment was serviced daily. Good air-conditioning

Incredible location which makes forgiving for apartment shortcoming easier

Prednosti: - Location is unbeatable! Truly! You can enjoy sunsets on your balcony! - Reception host met us with keys - They are friendly and fast to respond

Nedostaci: - Key card situation is not great and A/C is weak. The room uses the key card method for opening the door which is convenient but they also use the same key card in the slot on the wall to turn on electricity. This means that every time you leave, the A/C turns off and when you get back, the apartment is hot. This would not necessarily be an issue but given that the A/C was rather old and weak, it takes a while for it to cool down the apartment. To get comfortable, we had to run the A/C all the time we were in the apartment (including overnight) on the coldest setting with max fan speed to get the apartment comfortable for us. We were on the top floor which maybe contributing to the issue due to sun and heat. - Parking is available for additional cost but it is really tight especially in the garage under the building. Restaurant people park everywhere and can block your car. Having a small car helps. - Kitchenette is VERY basic. We had a single glass for water/soda. No coffee pot either although they have a hot water heater. I had to use a 4 qt. sauce pan to heat up some milk. This place sleeps 4 and should have a set of 4 for everything. - Internet is VERY slow. My guess is that there are just too many people on it for the available bandwidth. - Towels and linens feel so cheap and rough. This is a thing everywhere though. It feels like you are rubbing sandpaper on your skin

Prednosti: Все сподобалося, чисто було, балкон з видом на море😍

Nedostaci: Єдине що б я додала це засоби гігієни такі як вушні палички, шампунь, кондиціонер для волосся. Та додала б кавову машинку, або хоча б турку.

Top Lage am Strand

Prednosti: Laage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und viele Restaurants gleich in der Nähe.

Nedostaci: Preis allgemein ist sehr hoch, das hat nichts mit Unterkunft zu tun das ist eher Adria Problem. Wohnung war sauber, man könnte etwas genauer reinigen sonnst sehr gut.

Prednosti: Bardzo fajna lokalizacja , fantastyczny miły personel.

Prednosti: Great location affordable price. Literally first row to the sea, no long stairs attached.

Nedostaci: Parking had to be paid for additionally.
