Makarska za znalce!
Prednosti: Da. Svakako. Sve je dostupno. Samo do sezone, morali bi imati svjetlo u haustoru i u nekim sobama u samom apartmanu.
Nedostaci: Ulazak u samo stubište. Ključ ne odgovara. Ali to su zaista neznatni problemi.

Zadovoljni smo s boravkom, ali da moze malo bolje, moze.
Prednosti: Pogled na more, velika terasa, udobnost, veliki prostor, podzemna garaza, lift, wifi, klima.
Nedostaci: Nedostatak kuhinjskog pribora, cudan miris na trenutke.

Odličan
Prednosti: Jedinica u kojoj smo boravili je jako prostrana,namještaj je nov, kupaonica preljepa,ulazna protuprovalna vrata itd... Terasa i pogled su savršeni,puno bolje uživo nego na slikama.. Udaljeno 10ak minuta pješke do najbliže plaže. Parkirno mjesto osigurano u cijeni smještaja. Trgovina najbliža 150m (cijene super) Check-in i Check-out radite sami,znači nemate kontakt s nikakvim osobljem,to mi je prvo takvo iskustvo i jako je jednostavno i brzo što mi se posebno svidilo. Osoblje objekta se može kontaktirati u bilo kojem trenutku,jako su ljubazni i jako brzo odgovaraju na bilo koja pitanja... Sve u svemu odličan smještaj svaka preporuka!!!

Comfortable apartment for the reasonable price.
Prednosti: We enjoyed our time at this apartment overall. It is located a bit uphill near the mountain, which gives it a peaceful atmosphere and an amazing balcony view - definitely a highlight. The facilities were as described and generally good. A dishwasher and a washing machine would have made the stay even more comfortable. Underground parking was great as well. To sum up, we really liked the place.
Nedostaci: Some areas of the walls could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and few shelves or hangers for storing clothes/shoes/bags and other daily-use items in the living room/entrance area would be useful.

Prednosti: Perfect communication with the owner.The accommodation is very modern and has everythink you need for vacation.Also the self check-in and check out procedure together with reserved parking place is working great.Thank you!

Spacious and relaxing stay in Makarska
Prednosti: + Terrace is amazing! And the view!! + Apartment spacious + Parking in shade + Grocery store near + Seaside in a “climbing” distance
Nedostaci: Just minor things could be fixed for this wonderful apartment - - customers should be more clearly informed that hosts reserve additional security deposit from your credit card upon electronic check in and return it after check out. Deposit was returned very soon though - some details in bathroom and other rooms should be properly fixed not to destroy wonderful setting of this apartment - Sunbeds for the amazing, spacious terrace should be a must

Prednosti: The building is modern, well placed at the entrance to Makarska. I appreciated also the dedicated garage parking spot, very much. Being at the ground floor, the apartment benefits from a really large terrace with lovely view. As we used Makarska mostly as a base for exploring the region, the location couldn't have been better. Communication with staff was great, thanks Ivan!
Nedostaci: The sofa from the living room area not is not exactly adequate for 2 people as the extension is rather uncomfortable. Not enough of a con to change our overall rating. Would not hesitate to return when in Makarska.

Prednosti: Check in was no problem, and the view from the appartment was amazing! Busy street outside but we didn't mind thant. Very clean and big appartment for a family of four. It was also great with the large supermarket 300 m from the flat. Nice walking distance to the beaches and restaurants in Makarska, but the steep hill back to the appartment, was terrible after a whole day on the beach..not recommended if you don't like walking in steep hill.. We took a taxi home on our last night here for €15. Uber Taxi or Bolt didn't work in Makarska, but it was easy to hail a taxi on the street.
Nedostaci: Too bad there was not a washing machine in the bathroom or dishwasher in the kitchen. We found a laundry place 10 min from the appartment, 7€ each wash, but steep hill to go back to the apartment. Would havd been easier if there was a washing machine in the appartment. Seems like the neighbour appartment with seaview also, had a washing machine, though... The flat seems to be new (a year or two), but it was very empty inside.. And there were lack of kitchen tools/equipments. The sofabed was unfortunately terrible and uncomfortable to sleep in, too.
