MT City apartments

Prednosti: Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji. Čist, uredan i prostran za dvije osobe. Blizina trgovine, centra, plaže i šetališta. Sve je odlično.

Prednosti: Lokacija i smještaj su vrlo dobri. Ocjena bi bila bolja ali kupaonica i tuš su dosta prljavi (potrebna je obnova pločica..) pa zbog toga nije bolja ocjena....

Nedostaci: Osoblje iz agencija je bez emocija, nema srdačnosti kao što inače na Jadranskom moru imaju domaćini toplo gostoprimstvo. Kada smo došli rekli su da možemo dobiti nove ručnike a kada smo ih idući dan tražili rekli su da ćemo ih dobiti ali nismo. Problem je sa parkingom ako ostavite auto vani onda će vas zvati da se auto preparkira jer smeta nekome.

Good accommodation, aesthetically and clean.

Prednosti: Everything was good, from the host, aesthetic of the building and the apartment, details and cleanliness. Very near the beach and the center.

Nedostaci: Only the noise from the street (cause the building is on the main street). But around midnight it is getting calmer.

Very convenient location for our 3 night visit to the region.

Prednosti: Very central, close to the beach, restaurants and the headland. Exceptional staff, helped us with parking and any other enquiries we had.

Nedostaci: A bit noisy at night on occasion, but this is not unexpeczed given the central location.

Prednosti: The accommodation is new, the location is perfect. We have visited Makarska many times and knew that this location was the most optimal. Free parking. Animal friendly. Big fridge. The manager of the apartment is the travel agency at the bottom of the building, the people working there are very nice. There are 6 apartments in the building. it faces the street number 2,4,6. apartment 1, 3, 5 partially overlooks the sea. First floor number 1,2, Second floor number 3, 4, third floor number 5,6 apartment.

Nedostaci: Cleanliness could be improved a bit, but overall it was fine. Perhaps the biggest problem was that there was no microwave. There is an oven, dishwasher, big refrigerator, but no microwave oven. It's not the hotel's fault, but when we were there, there was a 3-day electronic music festival in the otherwise quiet park behind the building, which was very loud at night. The rest of the sound effects are familiar, as this is a central location with many advantages. There are 3 spaces in the underground garage, an elevator takes you down, the space is a bit tight, but it is better than outside, there are 2 parking spaces in front of the building, we had space all the way in the underground garage, so parking was not a problem, the only thing is that foreign cars always stop in front of the building, so it is difficult to stand.

Perfect apartment for good money!

Prednosti: - Absolutely perfect location, just 2min from the beach - Very clean apartment with regularly cleaned AC - Big and spacious rooms, including the bathroom - AC both in the bedroom and in the main room - All necessary amenities in both the kitchen and in bathroom - It's very quiet thanks to the quality windows, but might get loud if there's a festival in Makarska - Very helpful staff

Nedostaci: - Very limited parking space in front of the building (2 cars max), often blocked by cars parked on the street, which was rather irritating - Very small parking space in the garage (3 cars max) - Small things that require repair (wardrobe door, window) or restoration (walls, floor)

Great choice.

Prednosti: Great spot, in the center of Makarska. Everything so close.

Nedostaci: Bed mattresses are overused, time to change.

Prednosti: Všetko bolo v poriadku aj apartmán a aj miesto boli výborné hneď v centre mesta Makarska, ale komunikácia s ubytovateľom počas vytvárania rezervácie a na nasledujúci deň nebola podľa našich predstáv. Nemali dostupný telefón nereagovali ani na správu ani na email. No napokon všetko dobre dopadlo mali sme šťastie stretli sme suseda a ten zavolal ubytovateľovi ktorý nám odovzdal informáciu ako sa dostať do apartmánu.

Prednosti: Lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka, parking, możliwość pobytu z pupilami, dużo miejsca w mieszkaniu, we wszystkich pokojach klima, wszystko nie zbędne do zamieszkania. Bardzo blisko pod blokiem wszystko czego potrzebujesz, sklepy, liczne restauracje na różny gust, nawet za długi pobyt nie zdążysz wszystkich obejść, bardzo blisko plaża, wprawie pod blokiem. Świetnie.. Polecamy kazdemu

Nedostaci: Dla nas nie była taka potrzebna mikrofalówka, ale musi być, czasami brakowało, ale nie jest taka wymagana ponieważ są restauracji a my na wakacjach i nic nie gotujemy.

Prednosti: Das Apartment war sauber und alles drin was man braucht. Sehr zentral und alle Geschäfte/ Restaurants in der Umgebung. Strand ca.300m vorn Apartment entfernt. Toller Service!!!!!

Nedostaci: Leider war es mit dem parken etwas kompliziert , aber mit Makarska Touristik vor Ort, schnell behoben.
