Beachside Villa Marko

Good value, well-furnished appartment with great balcony but the shower needs work

Prednosti: * The appartment was well furnished and a good size. We especially liked the large balcony where we could eat breakfast or chill out in the evening, or dry our wet swimming costumes in the sun on the washing stand provided. There was also a roof over some of it, useful as it sometimes rained in the night. * The local town Milna is very nice with marina, restaurants, tourist info, and a dive center - it was quick to reach on foot, as were local bathing places. Nedostaci: * The shower was a good size with two shower heads (overhead, and hand-held) but it was very hard to change the water temperature which was mostly too hot, so it was not possible to take a cooling shower after a day in the sun. The owner knew the problem and provided a small towel to help grip the metal knob (which helped a little), but the knob was very stiff and you also need to press and hold in a button at the same time. The whole shower control needs to be replaced. * A small holder for shower gel and shampoo in the shower and a toilet roll holder would be good. * The WiFi in the flat was very low speed. I think the router was in the flat underneath, so reception on the first floor was very poor (a bit better on the balcony), so effectivly unusable. I carried out a speed test online and the speeds for ping, download, and upload were all very poor.

Beautiful apartment - great host

Prednosti: Lovely peaceful location above the town with lots of lovely trees. Marko the Host was amazing and gave us lots of information about the area. As with lots of accommodation in Croatia there are many steps to get you into the main town which is just a short walk away. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars in the harbour area which is magical after sundown with all the ships and boats overnighting in Milna. There are several supermarkets and two great bakeries in the harbour too. The bus to Supetar is an interesting journey and the town very different to Milna. Several good beaches within easy walking distance of the apartment.

Prednosti: Villa clean and comfortable with all facilities needed for our stay. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Pick up from ferry appreciated as saved walking up a steep hill with cases. Good location for harbour and restaurants.

Nedostaci: Bathroom aesthetic a little dated but worked fine

Prednosti: Nicely renovated and comfortable apartments. Best and friendly host. Beach is just 5 minut walk away. No problem with parking and also charging your electric vehicle. Thanks a lot for nice holidays!

Amazing stay

Prednosti: The apartment was super clean and the hosts were very friendly and supportive- we will definitely come back.

we had the most marvellous holiday, our hosts were very informative before we arrived, getting back to us very promptly.

Prednosti: it was in a very quiet location and it was very easy to get to the village to buy provisions as well as close to the beach.

Nedostaci: it would have been nice to have sun loungers on the terrace . Otherwise it was great!!

Prednosti: Tout a été parfait. L’appartement très propre et très fonctionnel est parfait pour une famille. Emplacement idéal, sur les hauteurs, entre le centre du village en contrebas d’un côté (5min à pied) et les plages de l’autre (entre 5 et 10min à pied). Il y a même une petite vue sur la mer entre les pins depuis la terrasse. Et surtout quelle gentillesse de Marko et Nensi! Ils sont plein d’attentions, adorables et très serviables. Ce fut un plaisir de les rencontrer!

Nedostaci: Rien, tout a été parfait

Zagotovo vredno ponovnega obiska.

Prednosti: Zelo okusno, moderno in funkcionalno opremljen apartma, velika terasa. Odlična lokacija. Lastniki prijazni in odzivni.

Nedostaci: Ne gre za očitek, vendar edina stvar, kjer so še možne izboljšave je opremljenost kuhinje s posodo, še posebno servirno posodo.

Prednosti: Nensi e Marko sono stati molto ospitali. La struttura non manca di nessun confort ed è in un’ottima posizione.
