Prednosti: Our family was lucky enough to spend their vacation🎉 in a beautiful villa, with incredible and breathtaking views of the sea 😍 and the island of Brač & Hvar from its terraces and balconies. Crystal clear sea, comfortable small-pebble beach, wonderful surrounding nature. Many thanks to the owner of the villa - Mrs. Zlata❤️, who with her kindness and care made our vacation cozy and homely. This is the best vacation in Croatia❣️

Amazingly welcoming host provides a stunningly placed appartment.
Prednosti: Host met us when we phoned her. She was very welcoming and helpful. The appartment was very clean and had an amazing view. 116 steps to an amazing empty beach. It had the basics in terms of cuttlery, crockery and pans. Large apartment! We felt like staying with family, as the host Zlata, always had asmile on her face and asked if we needed anything. We were sad to leave. Highly recommend this place if you can manage the 116 steps to the appartemnt and another 116 steps to teh beach.
Nedostaci: The name Beach Penthouse Diamond is nowhere displayed, and we were very confused where this place was. We had received instructions, put the photo of the village name did not look like the actual sign that we passed. We needed to phone the host and even then we were unsure if we were in the right place. The 116 steps with a 20 kg suitcase were a challenge! Some spices and cooking oils would have been nice.

Prednosti: Zlati was very helpful and was waiting for us on arrival. She made sure we knew we could ask for her assistance at anytime. The area is beautiful and the view from the apartment was worth the steps. Sunbeds are provided free of charge which was a lovely bonus.
Nedostaci: Some of the steps didn't have a handrail...not for the faint-hearted!

Prednosti: The view from the balcony is to die for. Everything in the house is of high quality and good taste. The hostess Zlata is fabulous. She went out of her way to assist us, pampering us with snacks and drinks. She even brought us some medicine when she heard me coughing. Thank you so much Zlata! And we hope to see you again soon.

A great apartment with the best terrace and the best view
Prednosti: We loved the place so much. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and with the best view. We absolutely enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the terrace every day, having coffee and enjoykng the beautiful view. Zlata, the host, is very nice and accomodating and we would definitely love to come back. Beach below the apartment is lovely and sea is sparkly clean.
Nedostaci: The apartment is located between the main road on the top and the beach. There are 100 stairs from the apartment to the beach and 100 stairs from the apartment to the road where the parking is. We didn't mind a little bit of exercise because we got the best view and the best accomodation in return.

Prednosti: Apartment has all bed for beach. place covered for car. The beach is super the best between split and Makarská riviéra. Owner is kind and helpful. The apartment has a beautiful balcony where we have the meals with an astonishing view. We enjoyed the holiday so much.
Nedostaci: The kitchen area in the apartment is very small, that makes difficult preparing meals. But we make it. We don't have to leave permanently there. There was the owen so we use it
