Prednosti: Moznost výletu na blizkou Cetinu. Krasne okolí. Blizko plaz s krasnym pristupem do moře.

Nedostaci: Víc schodů, ale blizko k moři, človek se aspon protahne.

Prednosti: Sehr komfortabel, es gibt alles was man braucht, genug Stauraum. 300 m zum Strand, obwohl Rückweg für manche Leute nicht leicht wird, da das Haus befindet sich auf dem Hügel. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants, kleine Geschäfte und natürlich wundervolle Natur.

Nedostaci: Kleiner Kühlschrank, Geruch aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche

Prednosti: The studio was very clean and the owner provided basic necessities. The owner was always available and was happy to answer questions or help. We liked the terrace a lot, but the temperature outside (37°C) made it a bit harder to enjoy fully. There was no limit to how much air conditioning was used, and it was free of charge. The location provides you with easy access to the nearby shop and Nemira beach just a few minutes away. There is enough space outside to park, but the street and other nearby streets are quite narrow.

Nedostaci: Maybe a bit more things could be added to the kitchen corner, we could have used a knife, a chopping board etc., it's equipped for 2 people and really only with basics. Also the fridge was turned off when we arrived, so we had to wait quite a while for it to cool anything after it was switched on again; this could be avoided if the owner would switch the fridge on in advance.

Kleines Studio in Feriensiedlung oberhalb Kiesbucht.

Prednosti: Kleine Studiowohnung mit Klimaanlage, guter Dusche und bequemem Bett. Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen und Schaukelbank. Ruhige Lage in einer Feriensiedlung am Hang oberhalb einer Kiesbucht. Gutes Restaurant direkt dort an der Bucht. Weitere Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte im Ort. Nähe zu Omis und der Cetinaschlucht. Dort auch Sandstrand und Bootsausflüge.

Nedostaci: Nur Kleinigkeiten: Bei der Adresse (Nemira XI heißt das enge Gässchen) fehlt die Hausnummer (3), nur anhand der angegebenen GPS-Daten war das Haus zu finden. Wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Nur 2 kleine Handtücher. Sehr kleines Handwaschbecken im Bad. Kein Stöpsel im Küchenwaschbecken. Defekte Glühlampe der Nachttischlampe.
