Prednosti: Great place! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the beach is just going down a fel steps with crystal-clear water. Quiet, relaxing location, yet close to Omiš for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely come back! ✨

A lovely little haven of peace by the sea
Prednosti: We appreciated the cleanliness and the thoughtful welcome touches. All the facilities are new and work perfectly. The proximity and accessibility to the beach is superb. The terrace is large and offers a very peaceful environment with views of the pine trees and the sea. Nothing to say.
Nedostaci: We didn't like not staying longer.

Prednosti: It was first time for me to travel in croatia. It was lucky to choose this place as our hotel. Especially pretty kind&friendly host and clean rooms & fantastic view and parking lot in shade. Even I forgot check out and felt embarrassed, they delayed check out for us so we could be done to travel well in croatia. I really appreciated it. If I have a chance to travel in croatia, I will choose this place for us as hotel. I really hope so. Thank you Roi :)

Prednosti: Everything was great during our stay! Wonderful location - about a hundred steps down and you are on a beautiful beach, as well as a restaurant and beach bar with a nice evening atmosphere and live music. About a 2-minute walk away is a shop, a bakery and a fruit stand with a huge selection. The apartment is very nice, clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, good selection of pillows :) Spacious balcony with a wonderful sea view. The kitchenette has everything you need, even a capsule coffee machine and a milk frother. Hosts are very friendly, welcoming and helpful :)

Absolutely positive, it was my best booking so far.
Prednosti: Beautiful view, could not be happier with it, big terrace with almost top floor. Really nicely equipped, clean, quiet and well built apartment. Host lady is really friendly and helpful. 3-4 shops and 3 restaurants 1 minute away! One is down near the sea, called Porat, it was the best whit the sunset. Beach is a few stairs away and Omis is really close. I’m recommending this to everyone!
Nedostaci: Parking is a bit far, and not organised, could be better if every apartment had their own parking spot, but it was not a problem for me. Kitchen is a bit small for cooking, but very well equipped. For old people or for someone with walking problems I’m not recommending, because of the steep walking trails to the apartment, but I liked it.

Amazing!
Prednosti: We stayed for one night in this lovely apartment in Stanici and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, right at the beach, and the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The hosts, Maria and Ljubo, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. You can really tell they care about their guests. Although it was just a short stay, we had a great time. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Omiš and we would love to come back in the future for a longer period of time. Thank you Maria and Ljubo!

Prednosti: Everything was amazing, the apartmant has everything you need in the kitchen as well. It has a gorgeous view from the balcony to the sea, also it's easy to reach the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful! Nearby there are two bigger shops, a vegetable stand with souvenirs, and around three great restaurants, so the location is also fantastic! 😊
