Perfect, newly furnished place with great view and close to beach
Prednosti: This is one of the nicest holiday apartments in Croatia, period. Most of the fittings are imported from the US - Kohler shower, sink, toilet and taps, American door knobs, sliding mosquito screens - you feel like you’re in a quality B&B on Nantucket or Hilton Head, like when did you last see a walk-in closet in a European AirBnB? Kitchen has all necessary utensils. Place is brand new, host is Croatian-American, super nice and just totally „gets it” and what travelers are looking for. Beach is just down a steep incline - 5 minutes walk tops. End of August we came at 11:00 and still found a place in the shade of a tree. Awesome restaurant on the beach about 200 metres away, bar literally as you enter it. Nearest shop is 10 minutes walk, Omiš centre about 3 kms away, a car will be really useful. View from the large terrace is amazing - sea, islands, mountains, street is super quiet.
Nedostaci: Mattress is American style soft - if that’s not your thing and you need a European wooden plank like one - you have been warned

A peaceful retreat with sunset views, beach access just minutes away, and Omiš a short drive down the road.
Prednosti: The balcony offers a beautiful view, with stunning sunsets every evening. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s just a 3-minute walk to the beach, which has a shower and changing cabin. The charming town of Omiš is less than a 10-minute drive away, making this a peaceful yet conveniently located stay.

Prednosti: We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment Iva. It is spacious and very clean with great view from the balcony. The kitchen is big and well equipped, which we really liked because we like to cook local food on vacations. The bed is big and soft, we slept very well. The apartment has two air conditioning units that work perfectly. The owner is very kind and great to talk to, she even surprised us with homemade pancakes and spirits. There are some lovely beaches with very clean water nearby. We will return.

It was my best choice!
Prednosti: The apartment was super clean and comfortable, with a view from the balcony of the sea and sunset. A very pleasant beach right next to the apartment. Nearby Interesting Omiš area to explore. Location of the apartment close to good restaurants, one small shop and even not so far car mechanics. Very good parking right next to the door ;) It's not easy to find it in Croatia... Very helpful and informative owner :) Thank you Sylvia!

Prednosti: Перше що мені сподобалося це чудова власниця. Вона була дуже привітною і приємною у спілкуванні. Друге- парковка, дуже зручна. Третє- апартаменти великі та комфортні а від краєвиду з балкону взагалі мовчу 🤩🤩 до пляжу дійсно було дві хвилини. Він був чистий з малою кількістю людей. До центру Оміша пішки десь 30 хв. Якщо ви хочете апартаменти у тихому районі з невеликою кількістю туристів то я рекомендую саме ці.

Prednosti: Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Lage war perfekt ein schöner Ort, tolle Stimmung, das Meer direkt in der Nähe und ein angenehm ruhiger, nie überfüllter Strand. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Silvia, die Gastgeberin: herzlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Absolute Empfehlung. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
