Villa Balić - Podstrana

Villa Balic was perfect — family-friendly, well-equipped, close to the beach, and hosted by the lovely Ivica and Damira.

Prednosti: We had a fantastic stay at Villa Balic! The house was spotless, modern, and well-equipped for a family holiday. The kids loved the play area, bikes, and spa, while we enjoyed the BBQ and peaceful setting. The beach is just a short walk away, and Split is only a quick drive. Our hosts, Ivica and Damira, were incredibly warm and welcoming — they truly thought of everything. We’d love to come back!

Luxury stay near the sea

Prednosti: The property is amazing. Great location, only a €20 Uber into Split. You have the entire ground floor plus all outside facilities. Very well stocked with everything you could need.

Prednosti: It had everything we needed and more. The house was new and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen. Separate bathrooms for both bedrooms and airconditioner in all rooms. There were toys and payarea for the kids. The owner even brought bikes for the girls. Really great stay.

Prednosti: Wonderful, peaceful newly built house. Great for kids or for a quiet retreat. More than enough space for 4 people with private bathrooms in each beadroom. Well equipped kitchen. Big TV. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Very friendly hosts.

Really nice vacation in a very good house! I recommend it to everyone!

Prednosti: Very comfortable accommodation for both couples or families with children. Everything you need was there, surprisingly even a coffee machine with capsules. The house is new and modern, clean and in a good location very close to Split and in a good beach area. If you drive a couple of kilometers by car, other places worth seeing and beaches are not far at all. The host was very friendly, communication was quick and efficient.

Nedostaci: The only drawback was the weak wifi signal on the first floor. The bathroom could have a water scraper to dry the floor faster.

Prednosti: Really nice property. Felt very private and the location was very good. Didn't cost much to get into split and Market and beach was close by. I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to come visit Split or Podstrana.

Prednosti: Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und können mit sehr guten Tipps zur Seite stehen. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern in der Unterkunft 19, 18 und 10 Jahre alt und alle waren begeistert. (Wir natürlich auch) Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die super Zeit bei Ihnen.

Prednosti: Posto molto curato e pulito, attrezzato e confortevole. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. A pochi passi dal mare, la casa è grande e ha un bagno per ogni stanza. Le cucine attrezzate non mancano di alcuno strumento.

Prednosti: Нам сподобалось абсолютно все! Дуже милі власники, котрі завжди на зв'язку. В нас виникло 1 питання, і ці чудові люди відреагували миттєво, зробили все, щоб нам було максимально комфортно. Вілла обладнана буквально всім, дуже багато різних дрібниць на кухні, все види посуду та побутової техніки. Неймовірно зручна зона для грілю на вулиці, де продумано все до дрібниць, а ще й естетично! Класне джакузі, котрим ми з задоволенням користалися ввечері. До моря йти 10-15 хвилин, потім повертатись вверх, тож це треба врахувати, якщо є маленькі діти. Але для нас це не було проблемою, бо завдяки цьому поруч не було великої кількості сусідів- відпочиваючих. Дякую, ваша увага та любов до своїх гостей одразу відчувається!
