Our home in Podstrana!
Prednosti: The apartment is furnished with new and refined furniture and is complete with all services. The location is exceptional: on a hill just above Podstrana, a peaceful place to spend the evenings and have dinner on a large and beautiful patio. The location is very favorable for reaching the beaches, but also supermarkets and other shops. The owner was very kind and available: upon arrival we found water, drinks, cakes; on the day of departure we asked to stay over the check out time which was granted to us without extra charge and which guaranteed us another morning at the beach. In one word: OUTSTANDING!!

Prednosti: Trevligt område och mysig fräsch lägenhet. Hyresvärdens mamma kom och gav oss färska fikon från deras trädgård, det var trevligt.
Nedostaci: Kuddarna var väldigt hårda och obekväma. Det var långt att gå till stranden (mer än 900 meter) upplevde vi. Långt att gå till det mer centrala delarna av Podstrana med strandbarer och fler restauranger.

Prednosti: Super clean and fresh, the area is quiet, it was super fresh and looks modern and newly renovated. You have the beach and many stores, cafes, fish market, fruit market about 900m away. Close grocery store about 500m. The host is friendly and straight to the point, Host was great honestly.

Nedostaci: Был очень жосткий матрас и высокие подушки , также не хватало сушилки для посуды.

Enjoyable, with a friendly owner, clean apartment, and a few minor inconveniences
Prednosti: I had a great experience with this booking. The owner was incredibly nice and kind throughout my stay. The apartment itself was impressive - clean, new, and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to find some complimentary food in the fridge, which was a thoughtful gesture. Moreover, the apartment was well-equipped upon arrival, with essential items such as toilet paper, towels, and trash bags. It's always frustrating when you arrive at a rental and have to purchase these necessities, so I appreciated that they were provided.
Nedostaci: One minor inconvenience was the narrow streets leading to the apartment. During rush hour, navigating these roads can be a bit challenging, especially if you're not accustomed to it. Additionally, there was some noticeable noise from the owner and people staying upstairs. Personally, it didn't bother me much, but for those sensitive to noise, it could be a slight drawback.
