great rest!

Prednosti: Wonderful hosts! They organized our transfer to and from the airport, and on the first day welcomed us with a delicious dinner. Throughout the stay they were discreet – we never felt their presence, yet they were always helpful and ready to provide useful information whenever we asked. The house is perfectly equipped, very clean, and offers everything you need to fully relax. From the yard, there is a stunning, soothing view of the sea, which makes the stay even more special. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Nedostaci: The only small downside is the walk up to the house, but Uber is available at a very reasonable price, so it’s not really an issue.

A beautiful villa with great hosts.

Prednosti: The property was immaculate and very well equipped. The hosts were lovely and went above and beyond. There were water and wine in the fridge ready for our arrival and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. A beautiful property to stay in. Nothing was too much for the hosts.

Nedostaci: The property was beautiful and immaculate. The only downside for us was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms as the temperature was very high in August.

An excellent holiday week with friends

Prednosti: The apartment was very nice. Just as in pictures. The pool area was very very nice. We were a group of 4 people, so we had a lot of space. Our host Kristina was very helpful. All in all, positive experience.

Nedostaci: The location is bit far away from restaurants and beaches, so a rental car was mandatory to us. But of course to us not any problem, we knew the location beforehand, and Bolt/Über etc are working in Podstrana/Split area very nice and prices are reasonable.

Nice house with amazing view and great pool

Prednosti: Very clean house with an amazing view. The garden with swimmingpool is perfect for children aswell as it is enclosed. Very well located close to the beach, restaurants, bars, Split and other historical towns a short drive away. Hosts were also very friendly, helpful and generous and all our needs were tended to.

Nedostaci: Traffic from podstrana to split could be very busy

Prednosti: Herzliche Gastgeber, tolle Aussicht, schöne Unterkunft mit Liebe eingerichtet und gepflegt.

Nedostaci: Unabhängig von der Unterkunft war es zu warm (Hitzeperiode weit über 30 Grad und auch nachts anhaltende Hitze). Die vorhandene Air-Con ist dafür nicht leistungsstark genug.

Prednosti: A lovely place to stay and relax. 15 minutes from Split, within a walking distance to the beach, located in a peaceful and quiet area. Slightly elevated with a beautiful panoramic view and a gentle breeze perfect for summer days. Well equipped with everything you need. Landlord fully respects guest's privacy and was at my disposal. Highly recommended!!
