Prednosti: We had a wonderful stay at this property. It offers excellent amenities including an underground garage, elevator, sun loungers, and a beautiful pool. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the top floor, where we enjoyed a private whirlpool with a panoramic sea view. 🌊 The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and very close to a bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. 📶 Internet connection was generally good, although we experienced occasional dropouts on the TV. Overall, we rate our stay very highly and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Prednosti: Villa Unique 9, is right by a beach where you can rent chairs and eat at Restaurants- a little overpriced but the average price in Split. A little local supermarket is located right next door made it convenient to get food/water when needed. The host was super nice and responded right away when we had a problem or question. They also had a rooftop which had a beautiful sunrise and the pool which the most comfortable sunbeds. A bus stop is located right outside the hotel and goes directly to Split for 2,5€.

Prednosti: Everything was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and friendly from start to finish. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend – we’d love to stay again! The host was also very friendly and helpful and was always there in case of an emergency!

Podstrana lovely family stay

Prednosti: Own enclosed territory, convenient for kids at available swimming pool. Very clean, new, comfortable! Elevator, parking, gym are in the apartment. Good location: - The grocery store - Bus station - Beach - Restorants are all in walking distance. Special regards to Laura who met us and shown everything. Hvala lepo!

Prednosti: The apartment was in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to restaurants and to the beach. Everything for 7mo and 5yo kids, easy access, lift, pool, parking, AC, baby chair, and baby coat.

Modern and clean

Prednosti: Lovely apartment with lots of fantastic facilities. Communal pool, rooftop, garage, laundry room, and games room (shared with very few apartments). The apartment had a big corner balcony and is very spacious and modern. The area is safe, and there are small grocery shops nearby (20m closest). The beach is just across the road (but you can walk under the road) with some restaurants. Communication with the owner was friendly and professional, and she was very helpful with tips and answering all our questions.

Nedostaci: Nothing, really. Perhaps the apartment could do with a bigger sofa table and maybe a sidetable or cupboard somewhere for the various things you have with you and use on holiday 😀
