Nina Apartments

Prednosti: Domaćini su odlični i prijatni, te jako nagodni.Sve pohvale. Udobno, čisto, prostrano, blizina plaže, marketi i kafići. Kreveti udobni.

Prednosti: Easy access, great parking, close to the beach and to the grocery store. Hosts are kind and helpfull, only regret is that i did not have more time to spend with them, next time i hope.

Nedostaci: the couple in the next room complained about us to the bathroom because it bothered them that we showered late and were loud - lol - we were talking normally and you have to shower

Prednosti: We loved Ninas apartments, she couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and helpful. My partner loves bbqs and she let us use her bbq. She gave us a drink on arrival and brought us a shot to celebrate our engagement. The location is great with the beach across the road, some great restraunt around and a supermarket 2 mins walk away. I would stay here again.

Nedostaci: There was a very busy road in front of the apartments but I believe its a diversion while they do the other road.

Prednosti: l'arrêt de bus est juste devant l'appartement. la plage à 5 minutes à pied, un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied. Les propriétaires sont gentils, mais la communication est difficile, c'est dommage pour les échanges et les bon plans à proposer Une belle plage à proximité La clim dans la chambre, mais un peu bruyante alors je ne la gardais pas toute la nuit

Nedostaci: La responsable ne parle pas anglais, elle ne parle qu'allemand et nous étions obligées de communiquer avec un traducteur. L'eau chaude passe très vite au froid, il faut attendre un moment pour qu'elle redevienne chaude. Heureusement, il faisait très chaud, donc ça ne dérangeait pas de continuer à l'eau froide. Appartement près de la route, les vitres ne sont pas insonorisées, on entend toutes les voitures

Very pleasant hosts, apartment, stay.

Prednosti: The hosts are very very nice people, fluent german/croatian(none of which I really know) but you can always try communicating through some translator app(which they have been keen on doing when needed). The apartments were clean and contained everything needed including a functional AC. Location was very nice for 99% of my people, the property is really close to beach. The shallower parts of the sea, not far from water have a wide variety of marine life(different spieces of fish, some crabs, squids) excellent for swimmers and begginner snorkeling. There are showers on beach and some restaurants if you are into that. But there are almost no(or rather very young trees for now) providing shade from the sun, so bring an sun umbrella for shade. Allthought I preffer more remote locations personally though, which I for some reason thought it was, I am a minority here and the location is great.

Nedostaci: The location has a bus/mass transit stop immediatelly in front of it. But when headed to split on the mass transit count on big delays. These are caused by the constant traffic jams on the way to split. For example 33 minute journey took almost 2 hours. On a car you can try going around the traffic jam, to maybe save half of the delay. The road to Omiš was always free. It's not the owners fault, but it's a thing to have in mind

Prednosti: Nina es una maravillosa persona, nos recibió y se despidió de nosotros con muchísimo cariño. El estudio era humilde pero muy limpio, con todo lo necesario. Nosotros no necesitamos más. La casa de huéspedes era muy tranquila, sin ruido y muy cerca del mar. Parking gratis de muy facil acceso. A 15 min de Split en coche. Aunque no tenía balcón, nos permitía disponer del porche que tenía grandes mesas para sentarse, desayunar… Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Lo recomendamos
