Perfect !!
Prednosti: Anita and Ivan are very kind and friendly, a perfect hosts. Anita had put drinks in the fridge for our arrival. Very clean apartment. Before our arrival, I received a recommendations for beaches and good places to eat. A supermarket is located on the ground floor. I would like come back there !!!
Nedostaci: The road noise might be annoying for some. It wasn't for us.

Prednosti: We really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Nevistic in Podstrana, a small town just 20 minutes from Split by public transport. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. There is a shop right in the building where you can buy anything you might need. A public transport stop is located just next to the house, with buses running every 30 minutes, making it easy to reach Split or any point along the coast. The hosts were very friendly and polite, and they kindly allowed me with my friend to stay in the apartment longer before our long and tiring return to Ukraine, Kharkiv which took 48+ hours. We really appreciated hospitality and would gladly come back again!❤️❤️❤️

Incredibly helpful host family - very helpful!!! Many options within 30 minute walk right or left!
Prednosti: I was very surprised that there was anything at all, but the hosts kindly put bread, cheese and drinks in the fridge for our evening arrival! There is a beach out the front door tot he right. A marina opposite. An even better beach 150m walk to the left. Thena. bunch more options, including posh hotel and more restaurants just past that. Well worth a 20 minute meander, with a few stops at each beach and/or bar. Great to explore & pick your favourites! A supermarket conveniently is on the ground floor!
Nedostaci: I should have asked for a number to call on arrival, as I couldn't get to the fromt door past the security gate. A shortlist of local ameneties might help - local cafes, beaches, within walking distance to help us explore. But these are tiny suggestions.

Prednosti: good location, pleasant and helpful home owners, comfortable and clean rooms, attention to detail, everything you need is there, very good smell of linen:) Thank you, Apartments Nevistic for gorgeous rest in very comfortable apartment and feelings like we are at home:)

Prednosti: I loved how extremely clean the apartment (and the whole building) was and well equipped. It looked brand new! The service was also very good, friendly people who were very approachable and helpful. It is situated close to the beach and several shops are very nearby.
Nedostaci: There is a pretty busy road in front of the hotel. It didn't bother us that much as we are used to living in a big city, but if you like sleeping with a window open it might be annoying for some.

Prednosti: Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Appartement war umfangreich ausgestattet.
Nedostaci: Das Appartement liegt ganz nahe am Meer, jedoch befindet sich dazwischen eine stark befahrene Straße.
