The Adriatic Pearl Split

Perfect location for a very comfortable beach stay.

Prednosti: The location was excellent, especially as the best beach was 5 mins down the steps away. Mini supermarket, and bus stop to Split were over the road. Loved having a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment was light and airy and the beds were comfortable.

Nedostaci: The shower doors needed to be fixed to stop water leaking out.

A lovely apartment, amazing holiday with great friends

Prednosti: Beautiful large apartment. Really comfortable beds. Very close to beach and supermarket. Amazing.

Nedostaci: Nothing.

Great place to stay, well equipped, clean apartment with easy access to a beach.

Prednosti: The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped, with air con in all the living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen has a great coffee machine and supplied with coffee beans. The apartment is in a good location, there is a supermarket across the road and it's only a three minute walk to the beach. There is a bus stop across the road which gives easy access to Split-Omis (Bus nos 60). Overall a perfect apartment for two adults and 3 children as these are not easy to find.

Nedostaci: It would be useful to have a name on the intercom to be able to locate the correct apartment on arrival and would make key transfer more easy. Be aware that the leisure facilities pictured are not included with the villa and is located at the hotel further along the road and at a cost. An information pack of local information would be great, especially details on the local bus routes.

Fantastic apartment

Prednosti: Excellent apartment - fully equipped, clean, comfortable, fantastic location.

Nedostaci: Only thing wrong was they used photos of swimming pool/ beach day beds etc in the photos. These are nothing to do with the apartment and are chargeable. Stating there is a swimming pool brings it up when you search and filter for accommodation with a pool, which seems rather deceitful.

Comfortable, spacious and the apartment was decorated and equipped to a high standard.

Prednosti: The decor, location, the size of the apartment were excellent.

Nedostaci: The safe did not work. Even though this was reported it wasn’t fixed. We had no hot water at the end of the stay. The shower door in one of the bathrooms came off easily. Only one air con control worked and had to be used for all rooms. I got coke and couldn’t change it as the control was in my friend’s room. It may have been nice to have had a toaster. It would have been good to have instructions if his to work the oven and dish washer.

Prednosti: A beautiful flat with full appliances. I like that there was a nice coffee machine and coffee beans in the flat. There is a fridge/freezer with an ice maker. the appliances were very good and new. The nearby hotel had tennis courts and some ball area which was full of teenagers around evening time. That was good for our teenagers. There is a tunnel under the busy road to cross the street. close to a grocery shop and pizza place. easy to walk to the beach.

Nedostaci: the pool is not part of the property. we booked since the property had a pool. but we did not regret staying there. We have also extended our stay since it was so nice. the property is close to the busy road but the flat is on the right side of the road

Modern nicely furnished apartment with good facilities - close to the beach.

Prednosti: Modern and fresh apartment, nicely furnished and with all facilities you neeed. Good standard on everything. Very nice, flexible and helpul owner. Shopping and restaurants close by. The beach is easily accessible - just a 3-5 minutes walk.

Nedostaci: On a main road with noisy traffic.

Prednosti: Všetko bolo výborne. Ubytovanie super aj vybavenie . Blízko obchod , pláž , ..

Pomimo minusów polecamy serdecznie!

Prednosti: Ładnie urządzony, sporo miejsca, dobre wyposażenie kuchni, bliskość plaży, sklepu, restauracji, przystanku autobusowego - nie zawsze było trzeba jechać autem :) Dostępne miejsca parkingowe. Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem. Duży plus za dwie łazienki.

Nedostaci: Szkoda, że nie było widoku na morze. Hałas dobiegający z ruchliwej ulicy zlokalizowanej obok apartamentu. Zbyt wysoka cena za dzień korzystania z basenu w obiekcie obok. Jeden dzień w porządku, ale przy większej ilości dni dla rodzin z dziećmi robi się spora suma. Fajna opcja, ale myślę że wspominanie o basenie w opisie jest zbędne, tym bardziej że jest bliski dostęp do morza zupełnie za darmo, a basen nie ma żadnego związku z The Adriatic Pearl. Drzwi w kabinie prysznicowej wypadły z szyn po lekkim przesunięciu… Polecamy popracować nad opisem, niektórzy przyjeżdżają ze względu na basen, ale liczą, że opłata jest zdecydowanie niższa. Warto wspomnieć o kosztach w opisie. PS. Na plaży są płatne leżaki, ale kawałek dalej można się rozłożyć bez konieczności zapłaty.

Nedostaci: Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen keine Bettwäsche
