Prednosti: The flat is perfect, close to the beach, well equipped.

Nedostaci: It is close to the beach, it is great. However the view is on the parking area, which is not nice. The surroundigs of the house could be nicer, but that's not homeowner's business, but the municipality's.

Amazing stay! So friendly owner! So good price!

Prednosti: Awesome stay and beautiful apartment. We spent there first week of September with 2 children and this apartment has made our vacation better. Is so close to the beach, from the balcony we could see the wonderful sea. In apartment is everything what you need for perfect stay. There was so comfortable, clean and cousy. We had also a private parking. The owner is very friendly, helpful and he told us everything about apartment. The price is good too. If you try, you won't be dissapointed!

Prednosti: Idealna lokalizacja do plażowania jak i na lokalne wycieczki pieszo rowerowe. Świetny kontakt z obsługą. Luka był w ciągłym kontakcie i dbał o każdy detal. Apartament jest bardzo dobrze wyciszony i kompletnie wyposażony w meble i sprzęt agd. Każdy z gości ma zapewnione miejsce parkingowe. Gorąco polecam

Top Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Prednosti: Die Wohnung ist mehr als zu empfehlen. Alles da was man braucht. Genügend Handtücher, Küche komplett ausgestattet. Balkon super schön mit Blick aufs Meer. In gefühlt 45 Sekunden ist man unten am Strand. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Gastgeber extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt eine Whatsapp-Nummer und kann sich jederzeit dort melden, wenns Fragen gibt. Info kommt immer sofort zurück. Wohnung ist komplett neu. Top Zustand. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Dusche super In Promanja gibt es ein super leckeres Restaurant, ca. 5 Minuten, direkt am Wasser. Ein Supermarkt.

Prednosti: Wir fahren jedes Jahr 2x nach Promajna. Hrvoje gehört auf jeden Fall zu den guten Adressen! Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants...alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment ist großzügig und modern ausgestattet. Nur in der Küche müsste mal jemand Inventur machen. (Gläser? Schneidbretter? etc..) Die Betten sind sehr gut, Bad mit großer Dusche und Waschmaschine👍 Viel Stauraum in Schränken und Kommoden. Großer Balkon...allerdings wären komfortablere Sessel toll, da wir bei der schönen Aussicht abends auch gerne länger draußen sitzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hrvoje sehr genossen! Vorallem den sehr guten vor Ort Service dank Luka 👍🥰. Hvala
