Prednosti: Great value for money. Despite having two rooms, the apartment feels very spacious thanks to the high ceilings. It has everything you need: bed linen, towels, and kitchenware. The apartment is on the third floor, but downstairs there is a lovely patio with a large wooden table and benches, plus a barbecue with all the essentials.

Highly recommend this appartment for living!
Prednosti: Everything was excellent. The beach is 10 minutes walk, also cafes, restaurants, shop were nearby. The hostess is the best person I have ever met while booking and traveling. She made us feel like at home and my daughter even didn’t want to come back.

Amazing
Prednosti: Very clean, well equipped and spacious apartment with living room &mini kitchen, dining area, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. There was mini kitchen with all necessary equipment and dining area (table&chairs). In the living room TV, big sofa ,coffee table. Air conditioning was amazing. Bedroom with bed and night stands , wardrobe , iron, additional duvet, multiple hangers for clothes. Shower was so clean that I was pleasantly surprised cause many places I've been to don't maintain them and clean properly. Location is close to bus stations, beaches, bars , restaurants and supermarkets(everything walkable) Very friendly, helpful,smiley and generous host Anita.We were welcomed with her homemade tiramisu, coffee. She was offering help on any kind of thing we needed. During our stay she gifted Croatian wine and in the end some souvenirs which we appreciate a lot😊 🙏🏻

Great base for exploring Split!
Prednosti: The apartment was clean and comfortable, and well equipped for a short stay. Anita was very friendly and helpful, as well as responsive to messages. The location is quiet but close to Stobrec centre and has good transport links into Split. It was lovely having a private balcony as well.
Nedostaci: Main bedroom was a little warm as the air-conditioning is in the main living area, so we slept with the bedroom door open to let through some cool air.

Prednosti: The property was very comfortable and it had everything one needs. The location is few km from the city centre of Split, but it's not far to reach if you travel by car. The property is in a little village on the sea. Anita was the best host we have had during this entire holiday by far. She was attentive, kind and helpful. It gives you a great peace of mind. I absolutely recommend staying in her place!

Good place to stay in Split
Prednosti: Anita was super nice and helpful. The apartment have a kitchen and two balconies. There are nice beaches nearby.

Prednosti: Тихо, уютно. Чистый, прекрасный большой номер. Нам сказали что бы мы были как дома, так и было. Все было просто великолепно. Советую остановится здесь, если хотите быть в уюте как дома. В номере было все необходимое. До моря близко. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная. Отдельное спасибо , за то что мы смогли чуть чуть дольше остаться , так как вылет был вечерним. Это было очень мило и заботливо. Благодарим за незабываемый отпуск, который стал ещё лучше когда мы заселились в номер. Если вы забронируйте здесь номер, поверьте, вы не пожалеете!! Лучше чем в большинстве отелей.
