Prednosti: Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and very clean apartment. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, just a 10-minute walk from a beautiful beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the local harbour is also close. The apartment is on the top floor and offers amazing views. The rooms are a good size, very comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Our host was a lovely lady—very friendly, easy to communicate with, and even surprised us with a nice bottle of wine on our last day. Such a thoughtful gesture! We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Prednosti: We had a medical issue in our friend group, and the person renting out the apartment helped us incredibly well.

Stobrec is a beautiful spot - lots of locals not too touristy and with us east reach of Split

Prednosti: The apartment is spotlessly clean with a beautiful sea view. AC in all rooms was brilliant. Great location close to a number of beautiful swimming spots,restaurants,bars and shops. The owner was really helpful and dropped up home made pastries and wine. We had our three kids with us and they had a great holiday.

Nedostaci: Only downside if you are in any way mobility comprised - it’s a third floor apartment - so plenty steps but good for working off all the ice cream!!

Prednosti: Nice, clean apartment with sea view. Good location and possibility to park 2 cars. Friendly owners, who were able to help and provide all support needed.

Absolute gem!

Prednosti: The apartment was super clean and comfortable, exactly like the pictures. Waking up to that view was also something that just made my day! Matija was a sweetheart, welcomed us and said goodbye, even with a box of chocolates. And you have everything you need around as well as house parking. Although being a little further outside, going to the city was easy and cheap. We were just ordering Uber, so don’t hesitate to book this apartment. I would do it again on a heartbeat!

Excellent property with brilliant hosts in a great location.

Prednosti: The quality of the fittings in the apartment and the cleanliness was excellent. The location was also very good with lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

Nedostaci: The apartment was up 3 flights of stairs which from our perspective was absolutely fine but may not suit all. I would suggest a smart tv as for us it would have been nice to log into Netflix when we got back from the restaurant and watch a film in english.

Grate place to stay, with nice view on the sea from bedroom, living room and balcony!!!

Prednosti: Everything was great, there was welcome sweets and drinks. They also provide as a special parking spot that was not part of the agreement on the beginning.

Fantastisk leilighet

Prednosti: Terrassen var utmerket og storslått utsikt. Alle soverom hadde eget bad og aircondition. Aircondition i stua. Kort vei til mange restauranter og kort vei til badestrand. Alt i alt en perfekt leilighet for 6 personer. Regner med at det var muligheter for å få inn ekstra barneseng om dette var et behov . Så må vi ikke glemme den super hyggelige verten.
