Prednosti: The apartments were great, there was enough of everything, close to the sea. The kitchen had everything for cooking, as if we had never left home. The owner was very kind. The vacation was a success. I recommend it.

Fabulous stay
Prednosti: Convenient location, close to beaches, restaurants, cafés, shops, busses. Free parking on site. Air conditioning, comfortably furnished rooms and balcony, kitchen equipped for full-time occupancy, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine and kettle provided, plenty of counter space, dining table for six.. Generous cupboard and closet space. Incredible views.

Excellent place for stay and rest
Prednosti: Firstly, thanks a lot Ivanko for your hospitality and warm welcome. The apartment is just exceptional. There is much more space than you can imagine looking through the photo. Very thoughtful layout. Two large bedrooms, one with air conditioning, another with a fan. Fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies. Well-groomed green territory. Quiet place. Good location. Lidl 10 minutes walk. The beach 5 minutes walk. Pizzeria Margarita is just around the corner, where you can order good food.

Fantastic apartment, beautiful village, wonderful food and fabulous weather. We loved every minute!
Prednosti: The apartment was only a short walk to the lovely beach and only ten minutes walk from restaurants, shops, the bus stop to Split and a beautiful harbour. Stobrec is a lovely village and we loved being somewhere not too touristy but close to local amenities and not too far from Split itself. The apartment was well-equipped, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful house in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The owners were very kind and considerate throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend it.
Nedostaci: The holiday was perfect and we couldn’t fault anything.

Recommend for any age group, good location close to everything, if do not have a car transport is by
Prednosti: Good location, host was marvelous, going the extra mile to make our stay better, fresh fruit from his garden, let us stay a little later at checkout and even brought us a toaster when we asked if had one, discussed places to go etc, and always available if needed

Nice!
Prednosti: Really good facilities! nice spacious place, it’s in a really quiet area in the suburb across from Split, in Strobêc. It’s about a 15 minute drive from the main city in Split (definitely couldn’t walk it). It is a 10 minute walk into Strobêc that has a few restaurants and water. Definitely a nice place!
Nedostaci: The shower pressure isn’t great!

Good experience overall
Prednosti: Very clean, very organized place with well equipped kitchen and washing machine. Internet was good. Comfortable beds and spacious dining/sitting area.
Nedostaci: The heater takes a long time to warm up the water. Especially when we arrived the heater was off so we had to wait for the water to heat up.

Prednosti: Tolle Lage: EG; fußläufig zum Strand und zum Supermarkt / sehr ruhig / äußerst aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber / Küche voll ausgestattet / große Zimmer / kostenloser Parkplatz / Restaurants in der Nähe/ Im Bad (nach hinten heraus gelegen) steht die Waschmaschine (wie üblich) mit direkter Tür zu einer zweiten Terrasse; ideal zum Wäsche aufhängen. Blick in die Berge ist hervorragend

Prednosti: Tot impecable. A la cuina hi havia tot el necessari (sal,oli...) per cuinar! Rentadora amb sabó.Terrassa gran.
Nedostaci: Per dir alguna cosa,està situat a 20 minuts d'split!
