AMI apartments

Prednosti: Good value apartment located in Stobrec about 20 minute drive from the centre of Split. A 5 minute walk down the hill takes you into the small harbour area of Stobrec where you can catch a bus for €2 into Split and where you will find bakeries, small grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to all communication and quick to answer any questions. We did, initially, have difficulty locating the apartment building as it is tucked away off the main road up the hill but the owner had sent photos to help us. This also meant that the apartment was away from noise so very peaceful.

Nedostaci: The apartment was very small with no room for a sofa but the owner has provided a small table and high chairs to sit and eat. The kitchen could have been better equipped as it did not have a kettle so we had to boil water for hot drinks in the saucepan and there was no corkscrew!! Some better quality and greater quantity of hangers in the wardrobe would also be helpful. The balcony faces on to other buildings, so don't expect a pretty view. However, it does get a bit of sun and is mostly peaceful.

Prednosti: Very nice, clean apartment, equipped with air conditioning and everything you need for a good vacation. We had a great time.

Prednosti: Good air conditioning and nice to be so close to the beach. Clean facilities and a pleasant area.

Nedostaci: Lacked some utensils (ie. Scissors, toaster), water from Kitchen sink tap came out chaotically, though still usable. No recycling bin?

Good apartment - be aware of location

Nedostaci: Location -Split 8 miles away from the apartment Uber costs €8-9 per trip - to Split

Prednosti: Great apartment, 5 min to the sea and restaurants. Wonderfull view on the teracce, where we had a grill. Bed was perfect!

Prednosti: The position of the apartment is near to the beach!

Nedostaci: Mosquitoes were a big issue!

Great holiday in Croatia near Split and next to a beautiful rocky beach and mountains.

Prednosti: The large balcony with wonderful view over the mountains and the sea.

Nedostaci: 4th floor with no lift.

Prednosti: It really close to sea, and it’s so cozy apartment, there was everything necessary for the comfy vacation

Prednosti: Location was beautiful and calm, beach nearby. Room was spacious and the bed and pillows were perfect, had a really good sleep. In the kitchen we had everything we needed to make food. A short walk away there are restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, bakery, bus station and other services. We loved how calm the area was but in the evening/night there are more people.

Prednosti: Lovely apartments with a 5-minute walk to the beach, central, shops, and restaurants - great location. Perfect for couples, families, or friend groups. Parking near apartments. The apartments are well-equipped, especially the one with a terrace, The host was lovely, organized a taxi from the airport, was easy to reach, and was flexible with our group bookings.
