Great place, great value pool was fabulous

Prednosti: Very well equipped apartment, simple and clean. Great pool area . Special thanks to Toni , the host , for being so great at communication ,answering all questions we had before arrival and advising on ferry options.

Prednosti: Fantastic location, quiet and peaceful….all the amenities you would expect for a comfortable stay, friendly and helpful family run properly.

Fave place in Croatia!

Prednosti: Absolute gem of an apartment, really big and spacious, washing machine and oven included too! The swimming pool was gorgeous and had to ourselves most of the time. Wifi was great and had a smart tv to keep kids entertained. The village of Splitska we loved so much, the restaurant at the bottom if the street was fab.

Nedostaci: The aircon is only one unit in the hallway so during the really hot nights the apartment was still very warm. On the regular nights it was totally fine though.

Prednosti: Toni welcomed us on our arrival and both him and his mother were so friendly and helpful. I couldn't get the grill working to make toast and even though I worked it out, Toni turned up with a new toaster. They couldn't do enough! The apartment was spacious and clean, and we loved sitting on the balcony to eat meals. The pool was absolutely wonderful- a really good size and shared by only 3 apartments, often we were the only ones there. There are really lovely views from the pool area. We loved the harbour at splitska and would walk along the rocks and swim in the beautiful sea. We had a car so explored the island, visiting a wonderful olive museum we highly recommend, different beaches, and there's also the highest mountain in the Adriatic you can climb...but set off early!! Positiri is a lovely walk from splitska and another beautiful harbour to visit.

Nedostaci: Not much! But probably good to know there is only one AC machine in the hallway which didn't reach all the bedrooms or main living area / kitchen enough for some of my family. The bathroom is pretty outdated but adequate.

Prednosti: The location is perfect, moments away from the harbour. There are beautiful views from the balcony and the pool to the sea. At night it’s lovey to sit out with a glass of wine and see the village lights, in complete peace and quiet. The villa inside is not modern but it is spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. We felt at home there. The villa is well located for restaurants, supermarket and a shot walk to the beach. You can spend your time in Splitska or easily access nearby bigger towns like Supestar. The other side of the island is only a 45 minute drive. We had a great mix of sight seeing and relaxing at the villa and in the stunning pool. Even though the pool is shared between the 3 apartments, it is never busy. Everyone else staying was super friendly and although the pool is 7 meters, people took it in turns to go in the water, so it feels like you have it to yourself most of the time. It was the best holiday we have had in years.

Relaxing stay.

Prednosti: Clean, comfortable beds. Swimming pool was lovely. Hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

The most relaxing holiday we have ever had!

Prednosti: We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was a good size with a beautiful balcony where we ate breakfast and chilled out. The pool was shared between the 3 apartments with sunbeds and comfy chairs, a shower and its own toilet. An amazing facility with a fantastic view. The complex is 50m from the most beautiful marina with 3 reasonably priced restaurants with excellent food. Lea, the host was amazing and ever present. There was really nothing to complain about Villa Sanja.

Superb holiday in Brac

Prednosti: We are so pleased that we chose Villa Sanja for our holiday. The location was perfect,in the beautiful village of Splitska,only a short ,but steep,walk from the harbour ,where there are three restaurants ,a bar and a supermarket. A 35 minute walk along the seafront takes you to the small town of Postira,which is also lovely, with a wider choice of bars and restaurants. We stayed in apartment A1,which had a double bedroom, small kitchen area ,bathroom and an outside private courtyard. The accommodation was spotlessly clean,and everything was in great condition ,including the amazing swimming pool, which we had all to ourselves for most of the week. Lea,Tony,Sanja and family were fantastic hosts throughout and I can't recommend the villa highly enough. Thank you for an amazing stay !!!
