House at the seafront

I would be happy to live there :)

Prednosti: Ovo je luksuz kakav si do sada nikada nisam na moru priuštila. Smjestaj je prvi red do mora,kroz prozore cujes more i gledaš u njega dok doruckujes,rucas,veceras. Iako je smjestaj u samom centru grada,ne cuje se nikakva buka. Sve je bilo jako čisto,a kuhinja je opremljena do svakog detalja - sa svim kuhinjskim potrepstinama i posuđem pa se mogu kuhati i slozenija jela. Iako se radi o apartmanu u kojem su i krevet i kuhinja i stol za blagovanje u istom prostoru, stvari su tako dobro rasporedene da imas osjecaj da su sve to zasebne prostorije. Apartman je prostran. Od zacina su tamo sol,secer,ulje,ocat,a ima i raznih cajeva cajeva.. Brza i ljubazna komunikacija s domacicom Tamarom :)

Nedostaci: Na to vlasnik apartmana nije mogao utjecati,no tih dana je u voda u Starom Gradu bila cudnog okusa,a u kupaoni se osjecao blagi neugodni miris koji se uz otvoreni prozor skoro pa i nije osjecao. Vjerujem da to obicno nije tako.

I could not fault it for a stay especially the location

Prednosti: The property is magnificent. The location is beautiful right on the seafront in the middle of town. Parking was easy. I could fully recommend it.

Stunning location to enjoy the best of Stari Grad.

Prednosti: This is the most perfect location in Stari Grad, right on the water front. It’s quiet and just far enough away from the busy dock to still feel part of the vibe in the charming old town. The apartment has a stunning view, and it has been nicely renovated. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay. The ferry from Split is also an easy and scenic 15 minute walk. And, Tamara is the perfect host. We would stay here again if we came back.

Prednosti: Loved the location, outlook, light and bright. Cafes and restaurants close by

Nedostaci: 2 single sheets for queen bed and no toaster. A bit noisy at night.

Lovely little studio apartment in Stari Grad old town

Prednosti: Simply amazing location in the old town overlooking the marina Would definitely recommend

Nedostaci: Room is a little small and kitchen is limited, but fine if you intend to mainly eat out

Prednosti: The View ! Absolutely stunning, right in the heart of Stari Grad . Restaurants, boats, gorgeous view, shops , bakeries..... everything you need on your door step. At night it was so quiet with the shutters and double glazed windows. Just perfect !

Nedostaci: That we had to leave after 6 days !

Great location, clean room

Prednosti: Very good location, clean and neat room. Well thought out and practical; e.g. many hooks in the bathroom for drying swimsuits & towels, and a windowsill to store toiletries. The kitchen also had everything we needed. AC worked well. The shutters are cute but also very functional. All in all a very nice and comfortable room.

Nedostaci: The bathroom doesn't have a fully closing door, but a barn door. Privacy can be a bit of an issue. Also, we rented bikes and there was no place to store them for the night; maybe just 2 hooks on the wall on the ground floor, allowing them to be stored hanging, could be a welcome extra feature. But of course this is not a must.
