Villa Levante Apartments

Savršeno mjesto za odmor i opuštanje – rado bih se ponovno vratila!

Prednosti: Smještaj je bio vrlo lijep, moderan i čist, s prekrasnim bazenom i mjestom za opuštanje. Okućnica je prekrasno uređena i ostavit će vas bez daha i po danu i uz osvjetljenje po noći. Lokacija je odlična, blizu prekrasne plaže Zora i centra mjesta. Domaćin Željka je izuzetno ljubazna i susretljiva i brine da svaki gost bude sretan i zadovoljan.

Prednosti: Lijep apartman u blizini više plaža. Izuzetno uredan i čist. Komunikativna, draga i vrlo prijazna vlasnica. Bazen vrlo čist, pogodan za djecu, ali i one malo starije. Odlično za miran obiteljski odmor

Nedostaci: Nemam primjedbi

Prednosti: Odlican apartman na odlicnoj lokaciji, 2min do jedne plaze, 5min do druge i do centra. Apartman je cist i uredan kao i bazen. Sve najbolje, cista preporuka nasoj Željkici 😍

Prednosti: Our apartment was the one the first floor. Was clean and comfortable. The host, Zeljka was excellent - her daughter has perfect English and otherwise we managed well with google translate. She was very friendly. We had an unexpected evening G&T and afternoon chocolate pancakes delivered to us during our stay. The apartment is at the top of the hill so there is a short walk down to 2 beaches (5 mins) - one of which has a cafe/inflatable assault course for kids, the other is smaller, rocky but quieter. Or the walk is 5-10mins down to the town with another beach and all of the restaurants. Location was great.

Nedostaci: Wifi was intermittent but I wasn't here to work.

Fabulous week in Sumartin

Prednosti: We had an amazing week staying at Villa La Familia. The property was in immaculate condition, well laid out and spotlessly clean. Zeljka and her family looked after us brilliantly, going the extra mile and were so welcoming and friendly. Can’t wait to return. John & Esra.

Prednosti: Clean, modern apartment, good location, really nice host.

Prednosti: We loved the location, cleanliness, comfort of the apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable, the apartment was very well equipped and suited all our needs The beach is 5 minutes away and the walk from the house to the village along the coast is breathtaking. Jeljka, the owner of the house, is taking very good care of the property. Everything is spotless. We'll definitely come back.

A great, relaxing stay

Prednosti: Great place to relax. Nice, renovated apartment. Nice and clean pool, beautiful views and quiet neighborhood. A short walk to the beach. Very kind owner.

Nedostaci: There was very little storage space in the room, some sort of closet would have been useful.

Prednosti: Apartment is located in very spectacular location. A few minutes walk from the beach and the city center. All clean and new. Clean swimming pool. Parking is in front of building. We enjoyed our stay much.

Brilliant stay in great apartment with gorgeous pool

Prednosti: 10/10 stay at this lovely apartment complex. Absolutely gorgeous outdoor area and pool - smaller one for the kids and larger one with lovely shelf to sit on in the beautiful sunshine. Incredibly helpful host eg we arrived before check in time and were given cold drinks and space to change whilst they finished our room; she drove us to our early morning ferry; gave restaurant recommendations and booked for us. All really appreciated and made for such a relaxing holiday. Everywhere is kept immaculate. Apartment is in a great location a few minutes walk to two beaches and just 10 minutes into Sumartin centre. Quiet and peaceful location with nice views. We had the ground floor apartment which we understand is the only one which hasn't been renovated yet (and it's going to be next year) but still suited us very well with access straight out to the terrace/pool. All in all, brilliant stay, we'd love to come back, thank you

Nedostaci: Not a problem for us as we ate out every night (or got delicious take out pizza from the pizzeria) but the kitchen is quite small if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking. We were 5ppl (3 kids under 10) and it might be a little small on storage if your kids were older/ needed more space, but we absolutely loved it and felt it was good value for money on that basis.
