Sea Cats' Villas

Idealno za miran obiteljski odmor.

Prednosti: Objekt se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini plaže Grgina, na 10ak minuta pješke do centra Sutivana. Objekt je bio vrlo čist i udoban, s puno svjetla. Veliki bonus je prekrasan vanjski prostor s bazenom i vrtom iz kojeg se širi miris ružmarina i lavande. Domaćin vrlo ugodan i spreman pomoći.

Nedostaci: Možda vanjski prostor treba osvježenje (drveni dijelovi), ali to nije umanjilo zadovoljstvo boravkom.

Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful — comfortable, relaxing, and exceeded all our expectations.

Prednosti: We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need — even small details like towel hangers were taken care of. The walk-in showers were large and comfortable, and the entire area felt very safe and well-maintained. The outdoor space was another highlight. The terrace was exceptionally spacious and designed for comfort, with various seating options to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We especially loved the outdoor dining area, where we could enjoy our meals under the shade of grapevines — such a charming touch! The view from the property was simply stunning, with the sea and mountains creating a beautiful, peaceful backdrop. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, space, and a truly relaxing atmosphere.

Nedostaci: There was really nothing significant we didn’t like. The only small detail worth mentioning is that there was no dish drainer next to the sink, which we also mentioned to our host. However, this was a very minor thing and didn’t take away from the overall comfort and excellent experience we had during our stay.

Prednosti: Nice place to spent time with family, very clean, spacious and close to the sea. Very calm part of the Island

Nedostaci: Unfortunately some small necessary where missing, I specifically ask for an extension cable which I didn't get till the end of our stay, for exemple, things like enough toilette paper, or dish machine soap. The grill (machine) too was down but we managed to adapt.

Prednosti: For those looking for a quiet holiday and relaxation, this place is ideal. The beach is really just a few minutes walk away with few people. The advantage is that there are more locals living in the area and there are no bars, which makes the place very quiet. Ideal pool size including sufficient facilities

We loved it and would book again

Prednosti: Comfortable, spacious, bright apartment with every room looking at the pretty pool area and then the sea beyond. Nice outdoor eating area with a view and wonderful, clean pool. The yard is planted with lavender and rosemary so it even smells good. The apartment is a 10-12 minute walk or 4 minute bike ride from Sutivan which is beautiful and had several nice restaurants and a well stocked small grocery store. You are also 30m from Grgina Beach which is a lovely small rocky beach with good snorkeling and some tide pools.

Nedostaci: The kitchen is not set up well for cooking— just two small burners. It was not a problem for us but this may not be the apartment for you if you like to cook large gourmet meals on holiday. It was also not well stocked with cleaning products, for kitchen or shower— we had to buy dishwasher tablets etc. Again not a problem but I recommend you bring soap and shampoo.

Prednosti: Ein super schönes Haus mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Genial war, dass der Garten komplett umzäunt war, sodass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Zum Meer waren es wirklich nur 2 Minuten. Am Strand war immer genügend Platz.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub 😀

Prednosti: Der Pool der Ausblick die Lage(Strandnähe) Der Ort war gut erreichbar zu Fuß. Schöne Strände .

Nedostaci: Küchenausstattung und die Küche war etwas zu klein -nur 2 Herdplatten kein Backofen Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut(klang wie eine Waschmaschine ) bei den Terassentüren fehlen außen die Türgriffe .Gartenanlage ungepflegt (viel Unkraut)

Nedostaci: Internet was bad, but when you are on place like thst, you dont need it

Nedostaci: only internet was weak, so don't plan video conferences during vocation ...
