Prednosti: Apartman je bio lijep, čist i udoban, kuhinja je opremljena svim potrebnim priborom i aparatima.
Nedostaci: Čistačica je došla 10 min prije vremena predviđenog za odjavu ( 11h ) i bez najave , no pustili smo je u apartman, jer smo već bili spakirani i imali smo samo još pokupiti par sitnica i posjetiti WC prije puta, naravno. No, to joj je zasmetalo, da ona mora čistiti. Bila je neugodna, a apartman smo ostavili urednim, osobno sam oprala i suđe.

Prednosti: We really enjoyed everything. Nothing was lacking. The location is amazing, and the view is perfect. The apartment is beautiful and tidy. If we ever return to Brač Island, we will definitely choose this apartment again.

Great option for a group of friends!
Prednosti: The flat is very new and clean, it was perfect for our group of people. Very spacious also! It is located in a new development only a few minutes from Sutivan, and has two great balconies. We had a great time, and having a private parking was such a treat, in such a small village. Sarah, who manages the property, is super responsive and always available to help!
Nedostaci: Some things weren’t working, for example the A/C was only working in the living room and kitchen, it didn’t in the bedrooms, and electricity plugs in one of the bedrooms weren’t working either.

Exceptional service, modern , very clean & comfortable by but location and access to it was not good
Prednosti: very spacious & clean , beautifully finished modern design , well stocked kitchen with everything you would need - Comfortable beds - nice views - the greatest asset was that the staff were exceptional- the customer service was fantastic, truly 5 star service
Nedostaci: The property is located at the top of a hill and only accessible by climbing 2 very steep staircases - it was exhausting and uncomfortable to come and go from the property - I was very grateful that the staff helped me with my heavy bags - and I was there for one night only - but if I was staying longer I would have really struggled- for this reason I wouldn’t book this property again

New building amazing terrace. Very comfortable stay
Prednosti: All perfect, the attic is new, the terrace is amazing, big and with sea view. It is close to the beach and the centre of Sutivan, you can go on foot. Sutivan is a very nice town. The apartment is very comfortable and with good spacious. The host very nice and available. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Nedostaci: Location due to the behind road. Property is however located in the very nice small town, which is definitely worth to be visited.

Comfortable stay in gorgeous Sutivan
Prednosti: This apartment is pretty awesome. The place is brand new, so everything feels fresh and modern. And the location? It’s perfect. You've got all the cool spots in Sutivan within walking distance, from great restaurants to grocery stores. And let's talk amenities - they really nailed it. There's a a chill terrace where you can unwind with a view. All in all, it was a seriously comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a place that's convenient, stylish, and has all the right touches, this one's definitely worth considering.
Nedostaci: Only that my stay was way too short :)
