Nedostaci: Hrana za ručak i večeru nije na razini koja treba biti prosjek sve polugotovi smrznuti proizvodi. Treba večera biti služena kao i doručak

Prednosti: Ljubaznost osoblja cini ovo mjesto savrsenim pored svega ostalog. Posebna pohvala za recepciju i Luku!

Prednosti: Amazing resort, excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Breakfast was one of the best we've experienced. Eating lunch and dinner every day got a bit repetitive so we went to Stari Grad to mix it up a little, only a 20 minute walk away. We hired a sea front villa which meant we also had access to the neighbouring hotel to use their slides and shoots which the kids loved. All in all, a family of 5 had a great time and would definitely return.

Nedostaci: Lunch and dinner food could have done with a bit more flavour.

Prednosti: Stayed in one of the villas. Very clean and comfortable room with a large terrace. Lots of sun beds, a heated swimming pool and easy walk into the village which was delightful with good restaurants and bars.

Nedostaci: It’s early in the season therefore staff and management are most likely warming up to their roles. The female staff working the inside and outside bars were excellent and at times one felt other members of staff should have stepped in to help at busy times. It may be that the other staff did not know how and therefore perhaps training more staff would help. As many staff may have not worked in hospitality before it would be beneficial to remind them that apart from doing their jobs it’s important to greet guests with simple words like ‘good morning’, ‘good evening’, ‘is there anything I can help you with today’ otherwise guests will feel a little unwelcome.

Absolutely perfect

Prednosti: Stayed in a villa 2+3 with sea view. Small but really Lovely and perfect for a family of 4. In the price was a voucher of €25 per person per day which was a really well thought out way of making you feel as if you’re getting more value for money.

Nedostaci: Quand on ouvre la baie vitrée, la lumière de la villa s’allume, ce qui fait que cela réveille les autres

Nedostaci: Gab’s Nix

Prednosti: We stayed in Stari Grad the last two nights of our 8 days in Croatia and it was by far the best stop on our trip. The Villa was amazing with a few of the water and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Nedostaci: Nothing. Everything was as advertized and better. The breakfeast buffet was amazing!

Prednosti: Fin villa, mycket skön säng, rymligt och fräscht. Stort bra badrum. Fin och modern inredning.

Nedostaci: För det priset man betalar hade jag förväntat mig mer. Det fanns t ex inte schampo och balsam utan endast kombinerad duschkräm och schampo i en ganska skruttig plastflaska. Inga andra toalettprodukter fanns heller, något man kan förvänta sig på ett hotell med det priset. Vid ankomst fick man en flaska vatten, men övriga dagar fanns inget vatten på rummet. Informationen kring hotellet var mycket bristfällig. T ex fick vi ingen info om hur man fick på elen i villan (man måste sätta i armbandet som man får vid incheckningen i en hållare, en sådan man normalt sett sätter i ett kort i), man fick ingen information om att solsängarna på stranden var uppdelade mellan olika hotell eller att det var gratis ifall man bodde i villa men kostade extra ifall man bodde i vanligt hotellrum. I restaurangen fanns salladsbuffé och soppa, först tredje dagen blev vi upplysta om att detta ingick i middagen. Kort sagt var infon obefintlig. Priserna på hotellet var otroligt höga, en 25 cl läsk kostar 4,70 euro. En ordinär glasstrut omkring 6 euro. Även maten var extremt dyr i förhållande till kvaliteten på maten.
