Luxury Villa Karla

Prednosti: Sve uredno i čisto, bazen prelijep, sauna i jacuzzi odlični, sobe prostrane i u njima sve potrebno za odmor i boravak. U blizini restoran gdje smo imali ukljulen doručak koji je bio raznovrstan. Osoblje jako ljubazno. WiFi signal pokriva cijelo područje u zgradi i oko nje.

Great apartment in great location with fabulous staff

Prednosti: Modern and spotlessly clean. Lovely pool. Location was fabulous, right in the beach. Breakfast 2 minutes walk on the beach. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Nedostaci: Breakfast was nice but basic choice.

Prednosti: Daniel on breakfast most kind person I ever found on hotel service. Diana and her husband most kind hosts . Fridge was off and they replaced it no questions asked . Location is fine. Podstrana beach is typical Croatian beach. Split Omis Trogir krka are nearby.

Nedostaci: Only problem we had is the bus schedule was totally unreliable and the morning and night traffic to Split was awful. An awkward event was when my kid had a shower on the beach path outside amigos hotel which is under the same ownership and a guy came from inside the hotel swearing at her to not use the equipment. Extremely impolite . Dint mentioned at the time but note that I’m thinking it I’m very upset.

Beautiful place with very friendly local people.

Prednosti: Beautiful accommodation, but had a little walk along the beach front to have breakfast. Most of the time we had beautiful days, but was tricky on 2 days when it rained. We got drenched getting back from breakfast.

We enjoy in nice accommodation and nice beach.

Prednosti: Breakfast was good at AMIGOS restaurant. Rooms are big and furniture are nice. Everything was clean. Kids enjoy a lot in pool - night bath was discovery!

Nedostaci: Beach was 50 m away what was excellent, but way to the beach was neglected and grassy. A bit noisy if you open window during night.

Relaxing beach stay with a lovely restaurant within driving distance to Split-Dalmatia.

Prednosti: Great location set back from the beach with a pool and outdoor shower. Lots of shade, sun beds and a private gate access. Beds available on the beach in front of the restaurant.

Nedostaci: The restaurant was a very short walk but we didn’t know where it was on arrival so had to email. Also the WiFi code wasn’t given so again had to email. Communication was good.

Great stay!

Prednosti: It was very well furnished and equipped. Everything was clean and up to great standard. When I asked whether they could provide me with an iron and ironing board- it was immediately provided. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was served at the restaurant directly at the beach with an amazing view. The pool was clean and had enough sunbeds.

Nedostaci: One mattress was a bit too soft but still ok.

Prednosti: Staff ok, good facilities, clean, close to the beach, pool.

Nedostaci: Little bit noisy (on the main road), location, same breakfast every day.

We had a great time and even tho it is out of town would highly recommend staying here. It’s very relaxing.

Prednosti: Loved it being on the beach and waking up to the views.

Nedostaci: There is a long bus ride to the city and it can take anywhere between 30mins to an hour so plan ahead

We had a lovely stay

Prednosti: Overall our stay was very good, location near the beach, villa was very clean, you can use the pool jacuzzi and sauna. We needed help from staff and they were quick to respond and help was given. The villa has its own restaurant Amigos where the reception is, nice food and they also offer free sunbeds for guests. There are bars and other restaurants in the area, if you are looking for a beach holiday, lounging by the pool and use of jacuzzi and sauna then this villa is for perfect. If you want to explore this may not be the location for you due to bad traffic in the area, or start your trip very early in the morning or at night - less traffic.

Nedostaci: Would recommend providing varied breakfast, and complimentary bottle of water in the villa especially when guests arrived late as nearby supermarkets closes at 9PM and 10PM. We arrived late one night and had to buy from reception 4 euros a bottle. The reception is located in the restaurant Amigos you have to go there to check in/out. Although the area seems quiet and there are cctvs outside, we felt that anyone could just walk in and out of the villa as there are no reception and doors are not locked. Main transportation recommended is bus however the main road in Podstrana is very busy and heavy traffic. If you are going to Split expect severe traffic from 10AM expect 2 hours traffic to get to the first stop from the bus stop! Beware of taxis as they tried to charge us 30 euros from Mall of Split to the villa for two person. We found Bolt very convenient when travelling at night and it works out cheaper for us too (we are 6) than taking the bus.
