Villa la Perla

Prednosti: We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The house is spacious, beautifully furnished with modern furniture and appliances, and kept spotlessly clean. The pool is fantastic and the hosts were extremely welcoming, adding thoughtful little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The villa is divided into two apartments, each with its own barbecue area, outdoor dining table, and pool. The owners live nearby, and through the gate there is access directly to the street. It truly feels like a hidden gem on the Adriatic coast. Overall, we absolutely loved it and would gladly come back!

Nedostaci: The only small downsides were the absence of a washing machine, and the fact that the beach is about 4 km away, so you need to drive there (parking cost us 6€ per day).

Prednosti: We had an unforgettable time at this lovely villa. Absolute cleanliness, all the necessary equipment, both inside and outside the house, beautiful views of the sea and mountains, an excellent pool and barbecue will make you happy. I especially want to note the hospitality of the host and his delicious compliment. It was wonderful holidays.

Lovely house in a great location in a part of Croatia that has beautiful towns, beaches and marinas.

Prednosti: The location was great, superb views of the coastline and the dramatic rocky mountain face behind the house. The house is maintained to the highest standard, the open plan living areas works well for a family holiday. We hired a car and found the drive to Baska Voda easy. We think this is a great area to stay as the town, beaches and seafront is so well maintained, with many great restaurants to eat at - especially Carlos who's food was a very high standard. I enjoyed a few too many of the owners homemade apple schnaps on the last night - thank you Sasha, along with our conversation together with you and your lovely wife!

Prednosti: Dom duży, czysty, świetnie wyposażony, widoki przepiękne, świetna lokalizacja, a sam Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Szczerze polecamy !

Polecam, wspaniałe miejsce i super właściciel

Prednosti: Kontakt z personelem, bardzo pomocni, nie przeszkadzający w pobycie, super miejsce na wypoczynek w cichej okolicy. Blisko do Baśka Voda 4 minuty autem. Wszystko było przygotowane na nasz przyjazd jak w all inclusive

Nedostaci: Wszystko było wspaniale ale WiFi bardzo słabo działało, płyta grzewcza jak się odpalało więcej niż 2 palniki to wywalało korki, nie działająca tv przez słabą antenę ale to ogólnie są drobnostki

Prednosti: Bardzo zadbany, nowoczesny dom, który spełnił nasze oczekiwania. W pełni wyposażony, z basenem, który dawał nam ukojenie po plażowaniu w naprawdę ciepłym w tym roku morzu. Okolica bardzo spokojna, widok z okna super. Byliśmy kilka razy w Chorwacji, ale ten pobyt oceniamy najlepiej. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, dbał o wszystko, łącznie z tym, że zawiózł nas na plażę i udzielił kilka cennych wskazówek m.in. dotyczących parkingu. Polecam w 100% !

Toller Aufenthalt

Prednosti: Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr neu und modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Pool ist größer als erwartet, der Blick in die Berge ist beeindruckend. Empfangen wurden wir vom Besitzer sehr freundlich, im Kühlschrank warteten Getränke und Snacks. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber ideal für Ausflüge. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden Villa la Perla immer wieder buchen.

Nedostaci: Kleiner Makel. Der Meerblick ist durch die heruntergekommenen Nachbargebäude nicht ganz so schön.
