"Villa Kostela"-Villa in nature with 4 bedrooms

Perfect retreat. 10 min drive from the idilic city center of Sutivan

Prednosti: The property has a wonderful garden which blends with the accommodation part and the pool and make it the perfect retreat.

Nedostaci: There are no negative parts! Just be prepared if you have very young toddlers there are plenty of steps.

Great place, with many leisure options, you can see that the owners care about their guests.

Prednosti: A great place if you are looking for a moment of privacy among nature, with its own swimming pool, barbecue, many places to relax. A large facility, the area gives many opportunities to rest, a beautiful view of the entire village. 2 well-equipped apartments, I would like to say that there is more than we expected, it was clean, spacious, wines and beers were waiting for us in the fridges (of which there were 5 in total). The children did not even want to leave the area and spend all day at the pool, which was contagious to the adults and we stayed there twice. Shop 5 minutes on foot. Unfortunately, the rest of the attractions, such as beaches or restaurants, are best reachable by car, up to 10 minutes. You can walk, but it's a 20-30 minute walk through mountainous terrain. This does not change the fact that the place is wonderful, the price does its job, but when you are there, you know what you paid for. We highly recommend.

Nedostaci: Church bells ringing every hour (you get used to it quickly, and then it's even positive giving information about the time of day) Option for motorists to reach the beach or restaurants, but everything is very close

Prednosti: La villa Kostella n'est pas une simple villa. C'est un petit paradis, avec beaucoup de charme, extrêmement soigné, entretenu avec passion et coeur. Tout est extrêmement enchanteur. Bien proportionné. Chacune des terrasses cachées est un espace de détente, de repos, de partage ( diner....). Figuiers, oliviers, fleurs.... tout est merveilleux. Tant l'endroit est beau que nous pourrions presque habiter à l'extérieur. Tout fonctionne à merveille, les équipements ( piscine, cuisine....), tout est extrêmement propre et les propriétaires sont extrêmement généreux, accueillants, aidants... Nous nous sommes sentis plus que bien dans cette maison. Il y a beaucoup de chose a dire encore en plus. Idéal pour des vacances à deux , en famille ......pour se REPOSER et profiter du charme de Brac. En toute quiétude

Nedostaci: De devoir partir et de terminer les vacances !

Prednosti: Ogólnie wszystko mi sie podobało, każdy z nas był zasowolony z domu wyposażenia basenu. Dom pełni wyposażony i funkcjonalny. Extra basen z leżakami siedziskami. Stół do ping-pong. Wszystko zadbane. Mily poczęstunek i wyposażona lodówka oraz extra prezent na zakończenie pobytu. Villa warta polecenia

Prachtig verblijf met 2 aparte vertrekken en relatief groot zwembad in een zeer rustige omgeving.

Prednosti: Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, gevulde koelkast en zelfgemaakte cake bij aankomst en bij het uitchecken kregen we een leuk cadeautje.

Nedostaci: Ligt in een zeer rustige omgeving tegenover een kerktoren die elk uur slaat. In het dorp is alleen 1 klein buurt supermarkt aanwezig.
