Well-Equipped House in a Quiet Area Near the Sea

Prednosti: The house is in an excellent location, in a quiet area with a private parking space, and the beach is also nearby. The way down to the sea is a bit steep with many stairs – about 10 minutes down, 40 minutes up 😀 – but definitely worth it for the view. There is also a shop close by, which was very convenient. The accommodation was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Upon arrival, all toiletries were prepared for us, and we even received a small gift, which was a lovely gesture. The beds were comfortable, and the common areas spacious, making our stay very pleasant. The kitchen and equipment met all our needs: washing machine with detergents, dishwasher, two fridges – perfect for a longer stay as well. The host was extremely kind and flexible. We could check in earlier, and she always responded immediately to our messages. Whenever there was an issue, she came right away to help.

Nedostaci: The number of rooms is listed incorrectly on Booking. In reality, there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 living rooms, each with a sofa. This is important to know for proper planning. Unfortunately, the neighbor can be unpleasant and likes to cause trouble. It’s not a major issue, but it’s good to be aware of it in advance so that it doesn’t come as a surprise.

Perfect family house!

Prednosti: We came in as a group of 8, including one 4-year-old and also with a dog. The spot was perfect - the beach was close, beautiful and peaceful. We had a good distance to Split, Trogir, Zadar and Dubrownik. Near by is a wonderful restaurant. The house itself was very clean and had everything we may need and more. Highly recommended for group of friends and families. The hosts were very helpful!

Nedostaci: Everything was great, so here is just more of a FYI: it is worth mentioning that the closest beach is downhill and coming back may be a bit tiring (but we've managed!) and we had small trouble parking with a bigger car (hosts were super helpful tho and it wasn't a big deal). So, in summary, highly recommneded!

Lovely family stay

Prednosti: Spacious and well equipped house, newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Great communication with owner/staff.

Nedostaci: Only thing I can think of is a really minor detail which is that we missed hooks for towels in the bathroom :)

Prednosti: Everything was wonderful. Excellent villa we were 6 adults and 4 children, everyone was comfortable. The beach is very close with beautiful nature around. We will gladly come again.

Prednosti: Obiekt bardzo dobrze wyposażony do odpoczynku. Gospodarz szybko odpowiadał na zapytania. Blisko plaży lecz jest trochę schodów do pokonania. Jedyny problem to że nawigacja źle wskazała położenie obiektu. Podjazd do willi jest stromy i wymaga wprawy w kierowaniu. Szczerze mogę polecić obiekt Villa Adriatica dla osób szukających spokoju i małej plaży z pięknymi widokami.

Nedostaci: W łazienkach brakuje półek i wieszaków.

Prednosti: Perfekte ubytovanie, more ciste, velmi sa nam pacilo. K moru vedu dost dlhe schody.

Angenehmer Urlaub

Prednosti: Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr bequem eingerichtet. Man fühlte sich dort, genauso, wie man sich im Urlaub fühlen möchte. Auch eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Auch der Strand war faszinierend, sehr blaues und sauberes Wasser und eine ideale Größe.
