Prednosti: The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were eleven family members age 13 to 80. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacius, good air conditioning, nice pool and a hobby room. Outdoor grill worked fine. Good views from both floors and the pool.
Nedostaci: It was a bit tricky to navigate to the apartment in our rented cars. But that is a minor thing.

A pleasant stay with great owners
Prednosti: Hygiene was great, house was very clean. Nice pool with sunlight all day and a nice view over Podstrana and the sea. Owners were really nice and helpful, taxis to split from the villa are about 5-15 euros (use uber). Own kitchen was very nice and everything was included. Bathroom really great with a nice shower and enough towels to use. Airconditioning worked nicely throughout the whole house and our beds were really nice. We had a very pleasant stay with 4 people which was perfect.
Nedostaci: There are a lot of ants when you drop something on the floor which is a bit frustrating but easily fixable.

Prednosti: Everything was perfect. The outside-area was spacious and had everything you need with many chairs, grill, outside shower and a pool. The view to the sea was stunning. The villa vas really clean and everything was brand new inside also. The location is nice, because you can just walk down to the near by beach or store in 10-15min or you can take a taxi to split which are really cheap and it takes like 25min.

Greatest place with perfect view !
Prednosti: Perfect place and stunning view to the sea. Loved the pool. Everything is modern and clean outside and inside. The hosts are very nice and honest people. We had the best time and recommend the place 200%.
Nedostaci: Everything was good. Nothing minus to point at all.

Prednosti: Kõik oli väga puhas ja ilus. Väga hea koht, kuhu suurema grupiga minna ja suurepärane vaade. Mõlemal korrusel on eraldi köök, mis võimaldab suuremal grupil mugavalt süüa teha. Kohapeal olevate inimestega oli vajadusel lihtne kontakti saada ja suhtlus oli sujuv. Mäest alla jalutades jõuab randa ja tee peal on ka väike pood.
Nedostaci: Alates kell 22 õhtul peab väljas olema äärmiselt vaikselt. See tähendab, et isegi kui näiteks muusikat ei kuula, siis ka veidi valjemini rääkimine oli naabritele vastumeelt, mis meid ennast natuke häiris. Kuid ilmselgelt ei ole see majutaja süü ja nende kontrolli alt väljas. Majutuse enda kohta pole midagi halba öelda.

Nedostaci: De villa ligt redelijk afgelegen waardoor het wat langer kan duren om in de stad te komen.

¡Casa totalmente recomendable!
Prednosti: Nuestra experiencia ha sido magnífica. La casa estaba muy limpia y tenía todo lo necesario. Es una casa nueva y comodísima con piscina totalmente privada, hamacas, porche, barbacoa, zona de relax ... Los anfitriones son encantadores y se preocupan de que estés a gusto y bien. ¡Volvería a repetir y recomendar sin duda!
Nedostaci: Recomiendo ir en coche ya que está un poco alejado del centro del pueblo (aunque realmente se puede bajar andando a la playa en unos 15-20 minutos).

Prednosti: De locatie was super met heel mooi uitzicht op zee. De host is echt super aardig. Verder zijn de kamers super schoon en heeft de villa een heerlijk zwembad wat ook tussendoor wordt schoongemaakt. De villa beschikt ook over een bbq wat super fijn is. Strand is op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen wat ook goed te doen was. We waren met 6 volwassen en er was genoeg ruimte in de villa. Helemaal top 👍

Prednosti: Herzlicher Empfang, Gastgeberin konnte deutsch, super Ausstattung, schnell am Strand, toller Ausblick
Nedostaci: Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage in den einzelnen Schlafräumen, nur eine für die gesamte Unterkunft. Umliegende Baustellen, entsprechend teilweise Baustellengeräusche.
