Villa Maris- beachfront villa with exclusive pool

Perfect spot

Prednosti: Gorgeous villa - 3 self contained apartments with excellent facilities. Lots of places to relax with friends or family. Pool was heated but not too much. The owner and his mum were very sweet and accommodating- nothing was too much trouble. Perfect spot if you like to chill and listen to the waves .. as it’s right next to the beach! Photos do not do the property justice!

Nedostaci: There’s only few bars and restaurants in podstrana .. so you have to get a taxi / uber for more a livelier experience like Split .. which is about 25-35mins away depending on traffic … but it’s pretty cheap and if you want to stay somewhere more chilled this is a perfect place to stay.

Prednosti: Fantastic villa everything you could need and more. Loved being right on the beach. Great pool plenty of sun beds and outside areas to relax. Bus route to Split and Omis just outside. Nearby mini market. Great hosts. Best holiday accommodation.

Prednosti: The villa and facilities to very high standard. Outside area includes superb swimming pool and easy access to the beach⛱️ . Host Fabjan so helpful and his lovely mother nearby and helpful!

Nedostaci: We had some issues with the hot water switch but the hosts were very helpful to tell us how to fix it

Bardzo polecam .Warto wrócić :)

Prednosti: Świetna lokalizacja,blisko sklepy, restauracje, bary przystanek autobusowy. Wyjście na plażę , podgrzewany basen . Całość składa się z 3 apartamentów bardzo dobrze wyposażonych . Bardzo pomocni , przemili właściciele.

Nedostaci: Nie to , że mi się nie podobało . Piszę raczej w ramach informacyjnych . Właścicielka przebywa na tym samym terenie . Co może niektórym sprawiać dyskomfort , plus z tego taki że bardzo dba na bieżąco o całość np. aby kanapy nie zmokły , donosi czyste ręczniki , czyści basen itp

Wir kommen wieder!!!

Prednosti: Tolles Haus, viel Platz, schöner angelegter Garten/Außenbereich, sauberer Pool, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, Schattenplätze, geniale Lage, auch ruhig, trotz öffentlichem Strand vor der Türe, traumhaftes Meer. Die Kommunikation mit dem sympathischen Vermieter hat einwandfrei geklappt. Mutter des Vermieters wohnt im hinteren Teil des Hauses, sehr nette Person, hat uns Feigen gebracht und Mehlspeisen mit den Kindern gebacken.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Prednosti: Lage - das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Die Ausstattung - alles was macht braucht und hochwertig dazu. Kaffee inkl. und selbst im Garten gab es eine Kaffeemaschine (jeden Morgen Cappuccino mit Meerblick). Der Pool und die wunderschöne Gartenanlage - alles mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die tollen Gastgeber - die Mutter hat uns öfters was Einheimisches gebacken und jeden Morgen uns die Strandtücher zurechtgelegt. Vielen Dank für die unvergesslichen Erinnerungen!

Nedostaci: Die Villa besteht aus drei trennbaren Einheiten, wobei die kleinste nicht so renoviert und auf dem neusten Stand ist, wie die anderen beiden. Das Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein und dunkel, da nur ein kleines Fenster vorhanden ist, wo kaum Licht durchkommt. Aber sonst ist alles sehr sauber.

Perfektes Ambiente, Top Lage und spitzen Inhaber!

Prednosti: Die Ausstattung war wirklich Top! Der Inhaber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!

Prednosti: Tämä täytti kaikki odotukset. Asunto oli siisti pihoja myöten. Uima-allas oli puhdas. Siitä isäntä piti huolen koko viikon. Tässä saa nauttia omasta pihasta, josta pääsee suoraan puhtaalle rannalle. Kauppoja ja hyviä ravintoloita ympäristössä paljon. Keskustaan pääsi talon edestä linja-autolla.
