The best holiday villa we have stayed in.

Prednosti: A lovely, spacious villa. Beautifully maintained and very well equipped. Divided into two apartments connected by an internal staircase, it was ideal for our family group. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Local beaches, shops and restaurants were easy walk down but note the steep walk back. We took the bus into Split one day. On another day we drove to Omis which has a nice beach and also took a boat trip up the gorge, all very enjoyable.

Nedostaci: Nothing, it was perfect.

Wonderful.

Prednosti: The property was superb. Spacious modern and immaculately clean. It’s so much better than the photograph’s online. We were 2 families 9 in total. Facilities were amazing. The property has 4 floors. Bottom floor gym and garage,next floor 3 bed apartment with 2 shower rooms washing machine. Outdoor eating area and pool. Third floor 3 bed apartment with 2 shower rooms, washing machine. Xbox/ PlayStation room. Second living room which has a pull out sofa. Fourth floor outdoor hot tub and sun loungers. Air conditioning with temperature gauge in every room. Plentiful towels provided for indoor and outdoor pool towels. Hosts were in contact checking we were ok , took us to buy groceries and lots advice restaurants,taxi etc. prepared food for us and left in fridge when we arrived.

Nedostaci: I couldn’t complain about anything, it was superb. Location was 10 to 15 min walk to the beach. But we were aware of that before we went.

Amazing villa with really kind owners

Prednosti: Everything was perfectly fine. Even better than on the pictures. Really clean house, with everything that you could wish for. The owners are always available if you need them. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone searching for a villa near Split.

Absolutely stunning property with everything you could ask for!

Prednosti: The property was absolutely stunning and incredibly clean with just about everything you could ask for. Our family had the best time with easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurant options nearby.

Prednosti: Bei der Ankunft gab es von den Gastgebern einen sehr netten Empfang mit zwei Käse- Schinkenplatten und zwei ganzen Broten. Das war schon mal ein super Anfang, da sich unser Flug verspätet hatte und alle sehr hungrig waren. Insgesamt ist die Villa sehr gut ausgestattet und in neuwertigem Zustand. In den beiden Küchen fehlt es an gar nichts (Reinigungsmittel, Tücher, Spülmaschinentabs, backhofen, Mikrowelle, genug Geschirr etc.) und auch in den Bädern ist für alles gesorgt(Müllbeutel, Toilettenpapier etc.) Den Holzkohlengrill haben wir auch mehrfach genutzt, der Außenbereich und auch die Dachterasse sind absolute highlights und machen das ganze Erlebnis perfekt. Für die Sportskanonen gibt es auch noch eine Fitnessstudio und eine Sauna. Einfach toll und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!
