Prednosti: We stayed for 8 days in May 2025. La Residenza is a beautiful villa, with a very helpful host (Silvia) who greeted us on arrival with local food and drinks. Throughout our stay Silvia was on hand to answer any questions we had about the local area, including recommended restaurants; one of which is very highly rated, and within walking distance. The villa is located quite high up on a hillside amongst other houses, and villas in a small village, and has access via a (newly) tarmacked single track road. The villa itself was immaculate, very clean and well equipped with plenty of towels, washing and cleaning products.

Nedostaci: The road surface up the hill was still being finished whilst we were there, but this will have been completed from the beginning of June 2025.

Prednosti: We had an incredible stay at Villa La Residenza. We were greeted by Silvia, who showed us around this lovely home. There was even a charcuterie board made for us upon our arrival! The villa was spotless with stunning views, it was everything we could have hoped for and more.

Prednosti: Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Villa an sixh sehr schön. Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Wir waren dort zu 10 und waren alle sehr zu Frieden. Die Vermieterin war stets erreichbar und ist auf alle Wünsche und fragen super eingegangen. Es war sehr sauber. Es war sehr toll, dass wir mit einem wunderschönen Frühstück überrascht worden sind. Die Verständigung war kein Problem. Sie hat uns ebenfalls bei Aktivitäten weiter geholfen und uns gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Es war echt ein sehr toller Urlaub und wir waren alle super glücklich und würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen :)

Nedostaci: Einkaufsmärkte sind 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, aber auch da war die Vermieterin super hilfsbereit und hat uns eben runter gefahren :) Man muss jedoch häufiger mit dem uber fahren, da zu Fuß alles nur schwer zu erreichen ist.
