Prednosti: Sophie and her partner are incredible hosts nothing was too much trouble. We came as a group of 4 adults. We are from the uk and our friends from America also came. We always struggle to find a property when we go away as over the years we have renovated our home to the highest standard so find it difficult to find a stay that feels like a luxury holiday. The villa itself is pure luxury, every single detail thought through. Genially I don’t feel like any expense was spared here. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and private. They answered every question immediately, even organised a masseuse to come to the villa at a really reasonable price for all four of us. The jacuzzi, sauna and gym were a dream especially as we all train, it felt like a proper retreat! They both also surprised us for my wife’s birthday with some beautiful flowers

Nedostaci: Honestly, nothing to fault. It’s not in the hustle of Split (which was actually perfect for us) but worth noting you’ll want to Uber into town. A van ( the most expensive uber you can pick was our preference for four of us was around €20) and a basic Uber just €5, so super easy.

Very pleasant. The villa was an excellent base to enjoy our holiday. It represented very good value.

Prednosti: The property was excellent. It fully met the description on the website. It was of a very high specification with superior quality fixtures and fittings. The facilities at the property were of a high standard including the outdoor pool, gym, hot tub, sauna and sound system. The owner, Ivan, was friendly and helpful. He had made arrangements for a local (English speaking) representative to provide access and explain about the villa and the locality.

Prednosti: Location was perfect if you wanted some relaxation time. Would need to order a taxi using Uber to get into split, but it’s walking distance to Podstrana town.

fun place to stay for a 50th birthday. Looked brand new. Spotless and great hosts.

Prednosti: wow what a place! Our hosts were absolutely impeccable. They greeted us with a warm and friendly smile even though we'd kept them waiting from the airport They had brought me a birthday cake and bubbles on arrival. Everything was spotless. Beds were comfy. The facilities were fantastic and we were all so tired from work that honestly you could quite happily stay there and never go out! Loved the pool and my friends loved the jacuzzi and the sauna. we had a few teething issues with the facilities but Petra was very quick to sort out and couldn't have helped more. She was brilliant too on where to go and what to do. It was up a quite hilly place so you need a car if you're planning on going anywhere although parking in Split isn't too easy.but there is a supermarket at bottom of hill and a really sweet beach about a 15 min walk. Highly rate this place especially for a significant birthday!

Nedostaci: the location was a bit further from Split than we thought but that was more poor planning on my part. I think if we went again I'd hire a car before going as we didn't plan that too well so spent a lot of time at the airport whereas we could have just jumped in our hire car and not waste time. There were quite a few midges in end of September so make sure you bring bug spray!

Prednosti: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful dream villa! The house is very practical, fully equipped with everything you might need, and maintained to the highest standard. From the very beginning, Ivan and Sophia gave us exceptional service. Our flight was delayed and instead of arriving at 21:00, we only got there at 02:00 in the morning. We had informed the owners in advance and were quite worried, but their first reaction was to reassure us that everything was fine and that they would happily welcome us at any time, no matter how late. They even offered to buy groceries for us since the following day was a holiday and supermarkets would be closed. During our entire stay, they were always available for any questions or assistance, which made everything so much easier. The villa itself is perfect: high-quality appliances, a great sauna and jacuzzi, a lovely pool, and a comfortable BBQ area. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely come back again!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage

Prednosti: Diese Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Sie bietet luxuriösen Komfort, eine stilvolle Ausstattung und eine atemberaubende Aussicht, die man so schnell nicht vergisst. Der Infinity-Pool mit Blick ins Weite war einfach magisch – perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen. Auch der Whirlpool und die hauseigene Sauna waren absolute Highlights und haben den Wohlfühlfaktor noch einmal gesteigert. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und mit schneller, günstiger Anbindung nach Split – ideal, um Stadt und Natur zu verbinden. Ein großes Lob auch an die Gastgeber: überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders angenehm war, dass sie Deutsch sprechen – das hat vieles erleichtert. Der organisierte Flughafenshuttle hat ebenfalls reibungslos funktioniert und rundete den perfekten Service ab. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

The best place to stay in Split!

Prednosti: Wonderful location, amazing view, great facilities The rooms are perfect, beds very comfy, the kitchen well equiped with everything you need to cook. The entire house is luxury style, and the gym and spa space is a plus value added to the comfort and relaxation. We enjoyed every moment, and we will definitely come back again.

Prednosti: Upea huvila, josta mahtavat maisemat. Korkealuokkainen varustus ja alakerrassa kuntosali, poreallas ja sauna. Samalla suljetulla alueella loistava tilausravintola. Petra oli erittäin avulias.
