Great house. Very secluded. Definitely need a car to get around.
Prednosti: House is huge. Loads of room and bathrooms. Kitchen diner and lounge is great.
Nedostaci: Stairs to roof terrace not ideal but ok for adults

Really like the place, would come back
Prednosti: Quiet localization, at the same time only 15 min to Brela and 10 min to Pisak by car. Nice terrace and swimming pool, all like on the photos. Parking place - if you do it clever way you can park two big cars - see photos. Be careful to dont turn off the boiler - button is next to the one for the lights in bathroom.
Nedostaci: Stairs for the top terrace - not safe - would be good to invest in the spiral ones than this place could be used more. Kitchen could be organized slightly better - one narrow place next to the fridge where two people cant pass at the same time. In front off the terrace neighbour is doing some construction works. We were not influenced but could be an issue in the future.

Bardzo nam się podobało ale polecam coś zrobić z tą wodą
Prednosti: Wybierając ten obiekt zależało mi aby był spokój, natura i możliwość spędzenia czasu na dworze, przy basenie. Dom sam w sobie bardzo mnie zaskoczył nie tyle co wielkością ale i udogodnieniami, każdy poza jednym pokojem miał bezpośredni dostęp do łazienki, w każdym była klimatyzacja. Dostaliśmy od właściciela również kosz z owocami na powitanie.
Nedostaci: Przez tygodniowy pobyt, każdy z naszej 6 osobowej grupy wyrywkowo miał ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem. Po każdej wiadomości do właściciela niestety nie pojawił się nikt kto mógłby nam pomóc w rozwiązaniu tego problemu. Był to duży dyskomfort bo jako grupa kobiet nie byłyśmy w stanie nawet umyć głowy, a nie męczyć się przy zimnej.

Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Prednosti: super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, super Ausstattung (wir waren zu 6 dort und es war alles notwendige für 2 Wochen vorhanden - sogar Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen), ruhige Lage, echt viel Platz für eine Großfamilie, Studenac ist in Gehreichweite, Nähe zur Cetina als Alternative zum Meer ist super (wir empfehlen eine Rafting Tour), Konoba Tadiči ist nicht weit weg und eine definitive Empfehlung, Trailruns via Tadiči auf den Satriče (tolle Ausicht) für Laufbegeisterte ein Muss :-), Parksituation am Meer (Brela, Marušiči) leider nicht so üppig (sind deswegen meistens nach Makarska gefahren)
Nedostaci: einziger Kritikpunkt ist der etwas abgewohnten Zustand des Erdgeschosses (wir haben es nicht geschafft das Laufband in Betrieb zu nehmen, der Billardtisch hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, offenbar hat es mal Dinge wie eine Hollywoodschaukel oder einen Terrassenschirm gegeben) - aber bei dem mMn guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist das verschmerzbar

Großes Haus mit ausreichend Platz
Prednosti: Sehr großes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Fast jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind drinnen und draußen genug vorhanden. Überdachte Dachterrasse. 2 Kühlschränke. Pool hat eine gute Größe. Lage ist okay, sehr ruhig und z.B. Omis oder Makarska erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 25-30 min. Kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar.
Nedostaci: Einige Ausstattungsgegenstände müssten mal erneuert werden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist nicht für 2 normal große Autos geeignet. In der Nähe gibt es aber weitere Parkmöglichkeiten. Bei Beginn des Urlaubs hätten wir gerne ein paar Tipps vom Vermieter erhalten, wie z.B. das man die Heißwasserboiler in den Bädern über einen Lichtschalter bedient.
