Prednosti: The view was beautiful. The family’s stress was cured by spending a few night in this serene villa. The host was very friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious and comfortable and the kids loved the pool. Walking distance from shops in Stobrec. Would definitely come again.

If you are dreaming of a wonderful holiday, you have to come to Epetium Beach Villa.

Prednosti: This is a great place to relax with the whole family. It is a luxury, beautiful, clean, modern, fully equipped villa with air conditioning, with a deep pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecue fireplace, terraces and private access to the sea. Beautiful view of the sea from the terraces and through the huge windows. Inside 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms. Refrigerator with ice maker, lots of clean towels, 2 washing machines, coffee machine, iron, lots of space in wardrobes. This is the most beautiful house in the area. Nearby there is a bakery, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores. Very quiet area. Short distance to the center of Split or Trogir. 5 minutes by car to a large shopping mall. Wonderful, friendly and helpful owners. The best place to stay and spend time in Croatia.

Prednosti: Fantastic villa in a perfect location. Only 2 mins walk into the village, close to all amenities. Restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The villa was immaculately clean and the beds were really comfortable. The villa is over 3 floors with plenty of room for our 8 guests. We didn’t use cooking facilities. Split was a 15 min Uber ride away or you could take the regular bus for 3 Euro. Alena was a wonderful host, she recommended fabulous restaurants and organised a boat trip too, it was the highlight of our stay.

Nedostaci: Being very picky I would point out there was only 4 sun loungers to sunbathe around the pool and we were a party of 8 adults. Also the ground floor was not connected to the upper levels internally so it meant you had to go out and up the external stairs and in the front door to access upstairs . Over the week we got used to this and it wasn’t a problem but it might be if you were a family with younger children.

The private pool overlooking the stunning coastline of this not-too-touristy town made this a holiday we’ll never forget

Prednosti: Private pool and outside seating area with BBQ as well as private access to the beautiful beach were the icing on the cake for this spacious, immaculately clean villa that contained everything this group needed.

Nedostaci: I don’t want to write anything because the property was stunning and the management very attentive, but the ground floor is a separate unit (with its own entrance) and it’s not possible to move internally between the ground and upper floors.

Jsut lovely place to enjoy your holiday. Carlo is super host

Prednosti: Amazing position, direct access to the beach and near bars and restaurants. Lovely outdoor space, fully equipped villa (big bbq, ice maker, comfortable couches, swimming pool, stunning view). Carlo is a super host very helpful if you are looking to book a table or if you want to enjoy a boat experience. Huge recommended.

Amazing Sea View

Prednosti: Die Lage - einen besseren View aufs Meer gibt es selten Schöner direkter Zugang zum Meer Die Kombination ist schon einzigartig

Nedostaci: Die Villa besteht eigentlich aus zwei Apartments. Das Apartment im UG beinhaltet ein Schlafzimmer und das Apartment im OG beinhaltet 7 Betten plus Schlafcouch. Die Apartments haben keinen direkten Zugang zueinander, sondern man muss über die Außentreppen gehen. Wen man es weiß kein Problem. Es gibt zwei Küchen, aber dadurch, dass man es als ein Objekt veräußert, gibt es bspw nur eine Kaffeemaschine (Kapsel) im EG - eine Mikrowelle hingegen gibt es dann nur im OG Apartment. Ausstattung: vier Liegen sind zu wenig, eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine ist zu wenig - wurde beides auch der Vermieterin mitgeteilt. Darauf reagiert wurde aber nicht. Kommunikation nicht lösungsorientiert, sondern rechtfertigend. Die Lage des Objektes überstrahlt die ein oder anderen Schwächen.

Prednosti: Fantastisk beliggenhet nær sjøen. Fint uteområde med basseng. Nærhet til et lite sentrumsområde med bakeri, butikker og et godt utvalg av restauranter.

Prednosti: Ensimmäinen kerta Stobreč:ssa. Huvila on kaunis ja rauhaisa, vaikka turisteja kylällä olikin paljon. Palvelut on lähellä. Ihanat näkymät. Isäntäväelle suuri kiitos, kaikki sujui erinomaisesti. Paras paikka rentoutumiselle ja uimiselle :)
