Villa Boric by the Sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the villa to families and friends

Prednosti: We loved our stay; it was only four houses away from a beautiful swimming spot, which we enjoyed every day. It was a pleasant stroll into town and shaded too. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces at the property, including the balcony, the BBQ and the additional covered lounge area. There was a lovely breeze that came through the villa off the water, and you have a bit of a water view. The kitchen was compact but very well-equipped with a good-sized fridge. There were several places to relax outside, and we bbq'ed one night, which was lovely.

Great property for a family base in Stari Grad

Prednosti: Fantastic location 2 minute walk from “beach” of Stari Grad. Excellent host. Great communication.

Very happy with our stay! Lovely apartment, easy communication with host and loved the sea view and sounds.

Prednosti: The location is a short walk in to town. The outdoor al fresco area is a great place to read a book with a glass of wine in the evening. Beds were comfortable. Good shower.

Nedostaci: The secondary bedrooms are very small. No hanging storage in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Though there is a large closet in the hall outside of one of the secondary bedrooms. The bunk beds in the smallest bedroom is very squeaky when moving in bed.

Magical gem in Stari Grad !

Prednosti: The location was PERFECT ! The grounds exceptional absolutely gorgeous ! It was a magical place to stay in Stari grad as the beach and taverna at the foot of the property were the best in the town especially for sunset spots - absolutely gorgeous and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to all our family and friends !

Amazing seaside stay

Prednosti: Amazing location, right next to the sea and a cafe. Comfortable and modern. Host is super helpful and nice. Airco makes it bearable even on the hottest days and the outside area is great for chilling. Perfect for big families or friend groups. Also very close to the ferry and 15 min walk to the heart of the town.

Nedostaci: Everything was great, only there was not enough of warm water for all of us even though we took quick showers and the toilet paper ran out fast as there was not enough provided for 6 people.

Prednosti: It’s inside and outside space and close proximity to the sea and beautiful Stari Grad town. Very easy and comfortable space to live in. Everything we needed was there.

Beautiful, spacious villa only a few minutes walk to crystal clear sea

Prednosti: Everything! It is a lovely spacious villa, beautiful gardens, everything you need inside. It is clean, comfortable beds and lovely furnishings. The outside seating area is just perfect for relaxing on hot afternoons out of the sun. The location is amazing, just two minutes walk to the sea and a gorgeous beach with crystal clear water. Only a 10-15 min walk to the shops and restaurants in Stari Grad where you can find amazing food. The owners were very helpful with everything and responded to all our questions very quickly.

Very cute little house by the sea, quiet, comfortable, and with a nice garden

Prednosti: We spent 4 days in this lovely house so close to the sea. It was fantastic to be able to get out of bed in the morning, and swim in the sea right down the little road. We enjoyed the beautiful garden in the evenings with the nicely lit olive trees. The house is very well equipped, including for cooking, which is important for us ;-) The rooms and beds are very comfortable. Although it was hot we didn't need to switch on the air conditioning as there is always fresh air coming from the sea. We rented bikes so it was very easy to get in town from the villa.

Nedostaci: There is only one bathroom, which means sometime a bottleneck when we all want to use it (we were a couple with 3 teenage girls). But there is also a shower outside which works very well so in the end not a big deal.

Prednosti: Our party of 5 loved our stay in this fully and newly renovated villa with modern furnishings and touches, modern bathroom and additional separate toilet. Very convenient location within easy walking distance to either ferry or picturesque town; AND less than 100m to the nearest beach! Perfect for a dip, watching the sunset and hearing the waves at night. Very clean with new bedding throughout. House had everything one would need. There are several outdoor seating areas to suit different times of the day, including a cabana next to the outdoor bbq. Lovely hosts who would respond very promptly and were very helpful. We all hope to book again one day...:)
