Villa Lukrecija Stonehouse

Absolutely perfect

Prednosti: Everything was perfect - place / Villa / beach / sea and a lot of beatiful towns.

A relaxing week in a wonderful villa on a beautiful Croatian island.

Prednosti: Villa Santa Lucia is beautiful and Ivan, the host, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. He met us at the house and explained everything, whilst giving us a tour and telling us about local restaurants and places to go. Both the inside and outside areas are spotlessly clean with every amenity you might want. Ivan visited every couple of days to clean the pool and generally check we were ok (he always texted first to confirm a visit was ok, so it wasn't at all intrusive). When we were ill (unfortunate bout of food poisoning) he offered to shop for us, go to the pharmacy etc.

Nedostaci: The only slight niggle would be that the aircon in the main section of the house was in the living room, so in order to get any benefit from it, whoever sleeps in the bedroom there needs to have the bedroom door open. Not a problem for family, but something to bear in mind if sharing with friends!

Prednosti: Best accommodation at Brač. Everything was better than perfect. Big up for owner Ivan. We hope that we will have a chance to visit this magic place again. We recommend this place without any hesitation, photos reflects the reality.

The best villa that we have ever stayed in!

Prednosti: The location of the villa is exceptional just a few minutes drive from Supetar but also with a great beach bar within a 5 min walk. The villa is very well equipped with beautiful outside space, a great bbq area with outside dining and an amazing infinity pool. The photos of the property were great but the villa still exceeded our expectations. Ivan, the host, is a great host answering queries very quickly, helping us with recommendations for taxi's, restaurants, boat trips and anything else we needed!

Nedostaci: One of the bedrooms does not have air con, only a ceiling fan, although the adjacent living room does but this is not ideal when you are sharing the living space with others. Our visit was at the beginning of July so this wasnt a great problem for us although it may be in the height of the Summer.

Luxusní odpočinková dovolená v krásném prostředí olivovníků.

Prednosti: Vila naprosto splnila naše očekávání. Skvěle vybavená, čistá, moderní a prostorná uprostřed olivového háje. Bazén byl čistý s krásným výhledem. Terasa s výhledem na moře a grilem, který jsme využili téměř každý večer. Lokalita byla klidná, ale přitom blízko pláže a moře. Centrum města Supetar cca 5 minut cesty autem, dalo by se dojít i pěšky. Obchody s potravinami (Lidl, Konzum a Tomy) hned u příjezdu do města od vily. Majitelé byli velmi vstřícní a ochotní, k zakoupení byl i jejich vlastní domácí panenský olivový olej s certifikátem. Ideální místo pro klidnou rodinnou dovolenou i pro skupinu přátel. Rádi se někdy vrátíme!
