Villa St Roko - Charme Holidays

Enchanting place in beautiful Sutivan.

Prednosti: We stayed in Villa St. Roko at the end of July 2024 for a week. We were a relatively large party, consisting of two families, and the available space was perfect for us. We were enchanted by the garden and the views, which on their own would merit a 5-star review for this place. The location of the house was just a 5-minute walk from the main promenade in the harbor, and it was easy getting to several beaches. Sutivan is a beautiful town with a lovely vibe. It mostly accommodates families and was very relaxed and uncrowded, given that we were there at the height of the summer season. The restaurant nearby, Moreistina, offered a small but perfectly executed menu, and we went there for an ice coffee every single day. Communication with the managing agent was easy, and once we provided copies of our passport, we didn't have any further contact with them. We would definitely consider staying in this lovely place again.

Nedostaci: The house itself was charming but in need of an update. The air conditioning was functional, but we were not able to make the sound on the TV work. The internet connection was probably as good as one could hope for on a Croatian island.

Easy to walk to local facilities including the harbour in minutes or small beach for a swim via stepped, well lit lane.

Prednosti: Beautiful house, modern interior with a traditional look and garden. Outdoor bbq, outdoor shower and seating areas well maintained. Air con is good and the terrace has amazing views. Local facilities are great. And local beaches are beautiful. Host was really helpful.

Nedostaci: There is a table and chairs that can be lifted onto the balcony. Some outdoor light there would have made it perfect.

Prednosti: Piękny dom, położony na wzgórzu, z cudownym tarasem, z widokiem na morze. W pełni wyposażony w sprzęty kuchenne, ręczniki, żelazko, pralkę. Na miejscu parking. W ogrodzie stół z krzesłami, strefa lounge, grill, oświetlenie oraz prysznic. Dużym atutem są dwie łazienki oraz oddzielna pralnia, z której korzystaliśmy. Klimatyzacja sprawna, skutecznie ochłodziła cały dom. Lokalizacja jest świetna, ponieważ w ciągu dwóch minut można znaleźć się w centrum Sutivan, czy też na plaży. Gospodarze bardzo serdeczni oraz pomocni, pozostawaliśmy w stałym kontakcie. Na miejscu czekało na nas powitalne wino, co jest uroczym akcentem. Nie było także problemu by uzyskać dodatkowe ręczniki. Z całego serca polecam to miejsce, z chęcią wrócimy za rok na dłużej.

Nedostaci: Jako miejsce spotkania łatwiej byłoby wybrać pobliski sklep, ponieważ google maps nie wskazuje prawidłowego dojazdu. Prawie godzinę błądziliśmy wśród nieprzejezdnych ścieżek i ślepych uliczek. Mimo, że regularnie wynosiliśmy śmieci i chowaliśmy produkty spożywcze, wszędzie były mrówki. Odstraszaliśmy je za pomocą kawy i cynamonu. Jednakże należałoby zająć się nimi skuteczniej. Powyższa opinia jest wyłącznie sugestią, nie ma wpływu na moją ocenę, która wynosi 10/10.
